Personality: Competitive and inquisitive beyond measure, as well as self entitled and vain. He enjoys puzzles and other games of wit, most notably riddles and brain teasers. He seems to suffer from compulsion to challenges that he considers, 'his level.' This is not to say he's antisocial. He's very eager to engage in conversation with the few who he considers as equals. He will even praise them and hope for their success, unlike other 'mediocre' minds to which he gives no regard one way or another.
I.N. Query has made it his personal vendetta in life to unmask Eagle. Why? How?

From all that has been uncovered so far, Query grew up in a rich pureblood family. His family wasn't receptive to his fixation on puzzles and other matters of the mind. After, what he calls, a 'timed misfortune' he inherited the entire fortune and exercised his new liberty to begin his career as one of the oddest criminals to touch London.

Why he developed his current obsession with Eagle remains unknown but it's clear no one is changing his mind on the matter.
