Ooc xD so tempted to bring in Spike as I'm watching Buffy

'Yeah... I have a hard enough time drinking from Jessie."

"You drank from your girl?" She made a slightly confused face "at least she's adjusting well."

Spike had been sitting on a tree branch high above the two now let out a low dark laugh "so the little hero has become part vampire..how quaint"

I turn around and feel amazed that I hadn't detected him. "Yeah and so what?"

Spike grinned "just the fact that you'll always have that thirst in the back of your mind and I don't just mean for blood."

Jinx looked up at Spike slightly shocker wondering how long he had been up there.

"Don't think it means anything Spikey, I can take you on any day of the week!"

A crooked smile ghosted his lips before he slid off the branch landing in between Jinx and Artisan "I highly doubt that, but I'd let you try." His golden eyes met Artisans "I bet that head of yours is reeling with possibilities of what you could do to me, but the truth is now your blood aches even if you're unaware for one thing only.."

I roll my eyes, "And here's where the obvious baddy says the blatantly obvious and shocks the audience right?"

He laughed again "I don't need to say it, as you've said it's blatantly obvious"

"Jokes on you, I've had my fill for the month."

Spike's eyes seemed to light "all the better, perhaps you're more of a challenge now."

Jinx felt oddly trapped behind Spike and glanced at Artisan over his shoulder.

"Please, you make it sound like you had a shot!" I rolly my eyes.

"You know one might mistake your over confidence for being a tad bit cocky." His voice was calm as he stepped toward Artisan.

I smirk and make my own step towards him, "Or maybe I just know I always win."

"You'd like to think that. Obviously it isn't the case though." Spike looked to the scar on Artisan's neck from Amy. "We can settle this right here and now if you wish though."

I crack my neck, "Alright then, since I'm nice I'll let you have the first shot."

He chuckled a little "you asked for it..." he didn't bother to slow time with eyes, his wand was out in a flash already firing a black ball of lightning at Artisan's chest.

I take a jump back and throw a small pink ball onto the ground which rapidly expands into a rubber man which seems to grab his spell and throw it back at him before disintegrating.

Ic Spikes eyes glowed and then he was gone, standing on a branch well out of the way. A throwing star hurtling toward Artisan along with another spell. The rebounded spell however was headed straight for Jinx.

She barely had time to react simply leaping backward into the icy water narrowly avoiding it.

Almost absently I lift my pinky and catch the middle of the throwing star and send it back at him at the same velocity.

He smirked kicking off from the branch and hurtling toward Artisan the star barely cutting his cheek as he passed it. He was ready for physical contact.

I bring my fist forward, ready to strike him to use his momentum against him.

Spike crashed into him his only purpose to take them both to the ground with a loud thud.

"Well... nice work, captain clumsy... you managed to get my clothes dirty."

He laughed rolling backwards and was to his feet in no time "mate, you could have moved any moment." He was standing straight no guard up as ye waited for Artisan to make a move. His casual stance almost a taunt.
