Crouch's Redemption (RP)

My eyes grow so wide, it looks like my eye balls will fall out. "He... He betrayed you?" Oh, god, no...

Meanwhile, at Hogwarts, a long girl sat with a quiet air about her.
She looked tired, but calm. An insect-like creature sat by her, as she sketched quietly.
She hadn't kept with the news- in fact, she was blissfully unaware.

Voldemort: "Your new task as well as all the DE at Hogwarts is Crouch's elimination. He knows too many secrets to be allowed to live."

Crouch: I walk back to school, scowling. But it was my normal hateful rage, more righteous rage.

My heart pounds and I begin to sweat a little. Crouch... My best friend... The reason I joined the Death Eaters... I... I'm being assigned to kill him... Knowing I can't let him see my trouble, I just nod my head, bowing. "Yes, my Lord..."

"Until further notice, you're to act as Head Death Eater at Hogwarts school and Sylvester shall take over your duties at Beauxbatons."

I nod, looking at the ground, extremely nervous. "Yes, my Lord..."

Jack: I watch this with much interest, grinning insanely.

Cynder looked up, sensing someone there.
The Ohmu's eyes flickered red, ever so slightly, understanding who this was.

"...Oh... hello, Crouch."
She spoke with a cold, almost sad tone, still believing him to be the man she knew him before as.

Voldemort: "You are both dismissed, do not appear before me until the deed is done."

Crouch: I scowl at Cynder, "Have you come to laugh at me?"

She blinks, looking shocked.

Shifting so she sat comfortably on the ground, closing the book, she eyed Crouch quietly.

"Laugh at you? Why would I? I only hope you're not coming out here to torture me or something..."

I scoff, "Oh please... you insects aren't worth my attention anymore. I have far more impressive foes to destroy."

Raven: "Yes, my Lord..." I stand, walking away, disapparating to Hogwarts. Once I'm away from him, my eyes start to water and sweat drips down my forehead. I can't... I can't kill my best friend...

Jack: I laugh, "Who said I follow your orders, 'no-nose'?"

Cynder eyes him carefully, tilting her head to the side.

".... there's something different about you..."

She was ignoring the tingles in her Dark Mark, and she looked at Crouch with a soft expression.

"... something much different about you.."

Voldemort: I point my wand at Jack, "Legillimens"

Crouch: "I know the true liars in my life now.. and he shall pay dearly for his deceit."

Cynder's expression went flat.
Her eyes grew wide, and her jaw dropped.

"... excuse me..? You... don't tell me... you've seen it... that... that truth, that light..?"

Jack: Too busy laughing, I get hit by his spell, all the memories from my childhood growing up flash before my eyes. Getting bullied every day, my father beating me and yelling at me, my parents dying and going to that damn orphanage, discovering my power, and just everything...

Ray: I shakily walk into Hogwarts, feeling sick to my stomach. I might pass out... This can't be...

Crouch: I scoff, "Don't mistake my new quest for vengeance as regret. I don't regret anything I've done."

"Both sides have betrayed me, I'll destroy both. But The Dark Lord's side is a more pressing threat at the moment, so you all get a break for now."

Voldemort: "Do what I say Jack, or I'll personally find your beloved Sally..."

I glare at him, immediately taking him by the throat, holding up one of my poisoned daggers to his neck. "I won't let you near her..."

Voldemort: Without even an application of effort I seem to freeze his body with magic.

I fall. My body may be frozen, but my mind is not. I focus my mind on Voldemort, twisting his wand arm completely backward, trying to make it snap completely, along with his neck.

Having gotten annoyed with the game, I point ym wand at Jack, "AVADA KEDAVRA!"

I move his wand upward so the spell misses me, then throw some daggers from my trench coat at him.

(( aug past when I should be asleep. Last post for tonight ))


Cynder stood, grabbing the Ohmu in her arms, her eyes bright.

"Crouch.... Crouch, listen... this is a good thing, it really is. And I want you to know that I'm on your side... yes..? Okay..? No matter how much you dislike me... I am... and getting to fight with you again- oh, it'll be like old times~"

Voldemort: With an almost lazy flick of my wand I send the daggers back at him.

Crouch: "I don't need or want your help. Did you not hear me, you and your friends are next after I destroy the Death Eaters. I only need myself..."

Jack: I quickly stop them with my mind, very, VERY angry.

Raven: I wander to wherever Crouch and Cynder are, barley able to stand, in shock. Oh, god, I can't do it. I can't kill my best friend.

I turn to Raven and scowl at her, "I presume you're here to kill me?"
