She giggled "well circles are fun, but how about we do something more... follow me?" she opened the window pulling herself up with ease onto the roof with acrobatics as though she's done it a million times.

Brogan went through the window and tried to pull himself up. He was as strong as a rock, but alos just as nimble as he struggled to get himself up.
