OOC I think the greatest difference between them is Jack despises the world except for a select few who forgive him or show him kindness. Crouch has NONE of that, he just hates the world PERIOD and is so devoted to his cause that he's willing and able to do whatever is necessary to further it's goals, with morality not being an obstacle to him.

OOC Yeah, Jack literally is insane and mixed up... He feels a neverending guilt and will do anything to protect Sally, the first person to ever show him kindness.

OOC And there's another difference, Crouch is filled by his rage and Jack by his guilt. And because Voldemort was so 'kind' and giving to Crouch his powers in a world he thought was determined to strip him of everything he held dear to him.

OOC Yeah, all true... But another similarity is they love to torture people for fun Jack probably wouldn't have hated Crouch so much if he hadn't taken Sally.

OOC And Crouch probably wouldn't fear Jack if he understood his powers

OOC Lol, I find it so surprising, yet so funny, that Crouch is scared of Jack. xD (Though, I guess Jack did almost kill him...) Crouch should be very grateful towards Sally, if it weren't for her, Jack would've killed him.

IC "You're better than a lot of the Death Eaters I know..." I think of Crouch's recent words to me, how he believes someday I'll be better than him... "And if I can get to Crouch's level, so can you."

"You can get there?" I ask her amazed.

"Apparantly so... He just told me that someday I might even be better than him..." The thought touches me deeply...

"BETTER?!" My jaw has now completely dropped.

I smile and nod, "If you don't believe me, ask him..."

I nod my head.

I look at Crouch, still very worried, but still very touched. It is hard to believe, that anyone can be better than Crouch...

Pixie: I clear my throat. "Anyways... I don't know. But I could ask... someone." That annoying bastard of a cup. "But I need you guys to actually play by the rules and let me ask this... person."

I sigh, my foot still on Phoenix's neck. "Then go ask!!"

Pixie: "Alright, calm down! Christ!" I feel hesitant to do so, but I close my eyes.

I fold my arms, waiting.

Pixie: Two things, and if you don't answer them I'll make sure you never 'slumber' again.

Pixie: Right. Thanks.

I open my eyes. "Got it."

"Well then?" I look at her, a serious look on my face, waiting impatiently.

Pixie: "I have to willingly surrender it. It'll go back into the cup as a liquid again. But I want a guarentee of our safety."

I look at Crouch. I would LOVE to torture and kill them, but I care more about whether Crouch lives or dies. "... Fine. Just give it back!"

A coughing fit erupts for me.
