The man straightened as he appeared in Helmand Province, the most thriving and also most dangerous province in Afghanistan. Lukas was an ambassador for his own country, nobody stepped out of Korea apart from him, it was his dictatorship.

One that offered much to the Afghan community.

He nodded in greeting to one senator, that's all he needed to confirm this deal. 'So... I can provide you raw material to create weapons with... it would be a good idea to continue fighting America and England if you get the chance.' A cruel smile, Lukas knew he was playing games, and he didn't care.

ic A brief shake of hands, the only contact the pair made, but it was enough to instill fear into the heart of the Afghan senator. The man had gained much physical presence since he'd been at Hogwarts, but not too much.

'Just remember what will happen if you don't fulfill this deal..' he pulled out the contract with another smirk, wiggling his eyebrows. It was a contract between countries. 'I do not want a new world, but a place where I can roam freely...' He left just as quickly as he came.

He overlooked the city of Sydney. It was a beautiful, crowded city. He owned it all. A slow smile creeped onto his face. The mere thought of owning a whole country pleased him. But the whole world...now that was his goal.

He turned around sharply and walked towards a map of the world that was hanging on the wall opposite of him. Which country to take over next? Should he start small and then grow as his army grows?

I ain't in charge of your little plot to take over the world. We both agreed, I'd be in charge of the dictatorship, you're in charge of the strategies.

Death scanned the map once more. He couldn't make up his mind. He walked back over to the window and on a table sat five darts. He picked up one and threw it at the map. He did the same with the other four. He approached the map, studying where they landed. One was in the ocean near Egypt, another in Peru, the third in India, the fourth on the Romanian border, and the last on was on Canada.

He thought about the five countries. They all had a pretty fair military. Some would be easier than others to take over. He didn't want to get too close to Crouch just yet, so Canada was out of the picture. Egypt... No one owned Egypt. It was a fairly small country, easy to control, easier to take over.

He removed the darts, all but one. He would overthrow Egypt.

ic As soon as he returned, he was greeted with cries of 'God!' and 'Our Lord!' while his people bowed to him. He had placed them all under a massive illusion, one easily manipulated by him. Soon, they would believe it of their own accord and he wouldn't even need to use his magic anymore.

They all believed he was a saviour, and that was what he would be.

Christine was waiting for him, a huge proud smile on her face. Just a look at those people who were praising him made her feel honoured to be with a person so strong and powerful, and being by his side all the time was the biggest gift she could ever get in life.
-Welcome home, honey...-she said softly to him.

Ooc "God"? "Our Lord"? O.o Wow he's got those people under a tight illusion.

Lukas's illusions are almost perfect....

ic he had felt somewhat peculiar when Christine had heard their cries, she had never been under the illusion herself, she knew it was a lie...

'Babe.' he smiled and pulled her into his arms, kissing her fiercely and carelessly in front of the gathering crowds.

She smiled and kissed him back as same as he did, feeling more important than ever there with him, in front of all those people.
-How was your trip, dear?-

'Brilliant...' a smile stretched across his face as he addressed the crowd. 'I believe Afghanistan has finally seen our way!'

'They will be saved!' 'Praise the Afghans!' it was funny, their cries would be entirely different had he not been in charge, but his cult was growing in strength steadily, it overwhelmed all of Korea.

She grinned, hugging him with her one hand, and looking down at the crowd.-You're brilliant, sweetheart.-she whispered to him.

'Behind every powerful man is an even stronger partner..' he murmured into her ear, giving her the warm and caring smile that nobody else usually saw.

-As Canada was in between Alaska and the rest of my dominion, I could probably spare them for later. It wasn't like the enemy could access it without my notice.-

-South America and Mexico on the other hand was a liability if any other country stepped out to play. The enemy had plenty of room to mobilize in that area. I'll send a platoon of troops over to invade Mexico. It wasn't like I was expecting much resistance.-

-That still left the other countries. Undoubtably they want the same as me. Unfortunately, I'm not one for sharing. But, perhaps a little trickery will aide me tremendously.-

-Probably my worst threat was Russia from sheer magnitude and proximity. I know Jack ruled the neighboring Country of China so it may be to my advantage to get them to focus on each other.-

-Crazy Grin- "Attention, this is your master! I need several Chinese gentlemen for a... surprise party."

She chuckled.-Thanks... so what have been your plans these days? You're surely not stopping on having Afghanistan and Korea...-

'surprisingly, yes. Afghanistan, Korea, Iraq and Iran. I only want those four. It means I can go under the radar with the others..' he smiled and caressed her face with the back of his hand. 'I do not want everything in this world, i could take it if i wish, but i won't.'

He had already received word from the Afghan community, they were going to attack Crouch, guerilla style.
