He relinquished his hold on the dock for a moment, letting himself be suspended in the water. It was agonising for him, all he wanted to do was panic and thrash, but he knew it wouldn't do him any good.

Exhaling slowly, he remained stationary, just floating.

Even though his teeth were clenched, he was mainly relaxed, peering up at the sky with a smirk whilst floating on his back.

'That's exactly what I was doing.' he swiftly reached for the side, hauling himself out gracefully as he shook himself off, sending water droplets onto the dock.

As usual, he was shirtless.

'Because I like wasting time.' he smiled, quickly drying himself off and pulling his shirt over his head before stepping towards her. 'what are you doing here?'
