"Cool." - She smiles to herself and realises that they have been talking for quite a while. - "This conversation has come quite far from me being overly defensive at your first question" - she grins -

"Ah don't worry about that.." I smile at her.

"I wasn't particularly worried" - she speaks with a light hearted tone, but it was true, they'd had a perfectly normal if not enjoyable conversation so her worries about seeming overly defensive had soon dissipated -

"Thank god, SOMEONE normal in this place..."

"Heh, I wouldn't class myself as normal. Sane maybe, but I don't know how you define normal so that's for you to decide"

"Whatcha mean?" I ask her curiously.

"Well... I just mean that everybody is different so it's kind of difficult deciding on who is 'normal'... But there is a difference between normal and sane." - She nods, pleased with her explanation. She was a Gryffindor, not meant for brains, more of the courageous type so she always felt smart when she made a reasonable crack at intelligence. -

I shrug in response, "Ehh, guess that makes sense. Hell I know I ain't normal."

"Nobody is" - she scuffs her foot into the ground - "But there are some people who aren't normal at all in my views, the ones who kill for fun." - Her expression darkens slightly but she soon shakes herself out of it, replacing the look with an amiable smile. -

- She nods shortly and frowns with an obvious look of dislike on her face - "How did you guess..."

I sigh in annoyance just thinking about that prick, "Call it a lucky guess..."

"Some day he's sure to fall, all I hear from.. people, is that the majority are terrified of him." - she sneers, not at Topher, just at the thought of Crouch - "If you take away the fact he has everybody too scared to actually do something about him, he doesn't have that much of an advantage - although he's strong I'm sure he would be eventually overpowered, if there were enough of us" - She sounds confident that this is true but she has a lingering doubt, that encounter in the forest had been pretty tough. He was very powerful with magic, she would give him that. -

"That's the general consensus, but the one guy who could lead us properly against him ain't doing squat! Hell we wish he were doin' squat!"

I know he can be beaten, no one is invincible but we need to right guy to show us how to win.

- She assumes he is talking about Bryn and shrugs - "It must be difficult though, leading people into something this big. It could end in a battle."

"Bring it on, I'm up for a good fight. Those DE have held reign here WAY too long."

"I'm up for fighting whenever, the sooner the better I say. Not just now though." - She frowns in annoyance shaking her empty pocket - "I don't have my wand"

"What, did ya lose it or somethin'?"

"No" - she makes a small huffing sound, it had actually hurt her pride the fact Cosmo had managed to even get her wand - "It was stolen."

"Stolen huh? Well ya in luck my friend..." I smirk at her,

"Hm?" - she looks at him curiously -

"Well I happen to be a bit of a pickpocket, came from years of street life. So if ya tell me who took it, I can swipe it back for ya..."

- She looks suspicious for a moment - "This isn't one of these deal things, where I have to repay you some way? I have bad experiences with them." - Before she could think about it too much she decides just to go for it - "Fine, thanks." - Quickly she heads for inside to the warmth again, happy with the knowledge she would soon have her wand back. -
