Admittedly, because of her partly comatose state she could only feel some of the hug, but it still made her relax. 'thanks.' it was the only thing she could consider saying.

I creep into the room, so relieved to see her actually alive that I can't put it into words. Aside from Mer, Amaya's the Desouza I'm closest to. I feel guilty for not visiting until now, but I had to grieve first.

Amaya's skin had a texture similar to paper, as if it were going to flake away at any moment. She looked almost lifeless, merely an animated corpse. 'You live then..'

she mumbled slightly, drowsy.
