Grand Staircase

"I'm really not such a bad guy once you get to know me.." -I chuckle.-

I shrug, "I guess that's what it's like with most people..." I sigh, thinking about Sam. "God, what will mom say?"

-Wondering about what a parent thought, now THERE'S something I've never experienced.-

"Does it matter?"

I sigh, "If she's hurt about it, it does... But she spends so much time up in the Hospital Wing, it's hard to tell what she hears and knows or not..."

OOc I'm curious about something...

I eye him warily, "I don't know... You might hurt her... Literally, PHYSICALLY hurt her..."

-I sigh- "If you don't trust me, then here." -I throw my wand at her.- "I want that back later."

My eyes widen in great surprise, "Oh... Okay..." I sit down, observing his wand.

She was stood in the middle of one of the staircases, scanning the students walking up and down them. It was pointless chasing one person through a whole school, there were easier ways of getting attention.
SHe took a deep breath and shouted. 'CROUCH JUNIOR!'

I tap her shoulder from behind her while still grinning crazily, "You know, it's very impolite to shout..."

SHe turns around and scowls at him. 'We need to talk about something.'

"Are the next few words out of your mouth, 'I'm sorry for betraying the greatest existence this world has ever been privileged to bare witness to?'"

'I havent betrayed anyone, so no. We need to talk about your sister.'

"And like that you've lost me..." I start walking away.

OOCEvery time I see Rumpel I think, "That is SO fucking Crouch!!"

'No you dont.' She grabbs his arm, yanking him back. 'Hear me out, crouch.'

I slap her hand away from me, "Get your flithy mitts off of me!!" I snarl at her angrily before my usual smile returns, "I don't know where you've been."

'Ill tell you where ive been, crouch. IN the hospital wing with your sister.'

She looks at him. 'Because even if you wont admit it, you care, crouch. And i know its your fualt shes in there.'

"I put a LOT of people in the Hospital Wing, what makes her so special?"

She sighs quietly. 'You know crouch. Its really funny to think that when i came here, you wanted to kill me for even thinking of hurting River. Now...Your killing her yourself.'

I shrug, "things change..."

'Yes. They do.' SHe say softly. 'Look crouch. I ask for one thing... Just go and see her. Please. You dont have to do anything, say anything, but you have a chance. This can be a chance for you to tell her your side of things, how you feel, without her being able to stop you....'

"Yeah that's all nice and entertaining and all that but I have better things to do."
