I look hurt at his abruptness, but nod. "Ok, well..." I whip my wand out of my pocket and cast Expelliarmus and Incarcerous in quick succession.

-My wand falls out of my hand and I'm tied up- I should've known...

OOC Real Crouch: My god... I would've killed this dumbass years ago!

I walk over to him and smirk. I crouch beside him. "The thing is, Noise doesn't have anything to do with this. It's true I did break away from him, but I'm doing this because I want to." I throw his wand a short distance away.

Just answer me one question... Why? I've been nothing but kind to you!

I sigh and take out a pocket knife. I flip open the blade and clean it with a rag absentmindedly. "It's nothing personal, Crouch. The thing is, you like the Ministry. They hate people like me. I assume you know what I am?" I look away from the shining metal and turn to him instead, my eyebrow raised.

yes a werewolf, but I want to give werwolves more rights when I get in...

"The thing is, I doubt it will work. Many have already tried, but they push them away. So I figured I'd make the best of my life instead of bowing to the Ministry." I smirk.

There's another reason, I think. You're happy. I can never have what you have. I wouldn't dream of telling him that, though.

I inspect the knife. "Looks clean..."

So you'd just give up? Just become the animal the Ministry EXPECTS you to be? You can't give up the fight just yet...

I laugh. "I already have." I trail the tip of the blade down his arm, humming merrily as I do so.

-I flinch but make no audible exclamation of pain-

I pout. "Come on, that's no fun. At least play along." I make several small cuts on his cheek.

OOC: She reminds me of Willow in the episode of Buffy when Cordelia wishes Buffy never came to Sunnydale. It's like when she's got Angel trapped and she's all like, "Come on, puppy. Let's play. -Smirks and finds box of matches-"

-I take the cuts without a sound, I'm not giving her any satisfaction.-

I sigh. "This is... Well, to be honest, boring." I consider him, trying to think of something else to do. "Usually the knife works..." I fold it away and put it back in my pocket.

-I smile at her in triumph-

I sigh and look at him. "What a shame such a handsome face is spoiled by the Ministry..." I trail off, a smile spreading across my face. "Phoenix, you genius," I whisper.

-I instantly know where this is going... and I try to roll away to get to my feet-

I smirk and grab hold of the ropes. I draw my wand and put it to his temple. "Sorry, Barty... Nothing personal." I grin.

-I try to knock the wand out of her hand with my forehead

I pin him down and shake my finger at him like I was telling off a toddler. "Ah, ah, ah, Barty... Be nice now. I'll be good to you, I promise." I smile. "Liria on the other hand..." I laugh. "Say goodbye to your memories."

NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!! -I try to kick her off of me and try to bite her-

I snarl at him, and there's a hint of laughter in it. "Really, that's poor biting technique... Maybe I'll teach you after you're the new-and-improved Barty." I smirk and raise my wand.

-My eyes widen a bit- You don't...

"Obliviate!"

I re-work his memories to how I want them. Although I've never done this spell before, I've read a lot about it. I switch my place with Liria's, and completely remove the failed torture from his memories.

-I try to fight the influence, but eventually my defenses cave and I lay perfectly still-
