Strayer Shrine

-I look at the girl and give her a thankful smile...-

I close my eyes crying waiting for punishment.-

The brunette with her braided hair sent a glare at the girl.
This little girl... was threatening Lady Strayer!
The brunette reached into her pocket, groping for the knife that would usually been there. She had been the girl who jabbed the table, practising her strength.

"How can you say anything against Lady Strayer?" She snarled angrily, "She's the one who will save all of us!"

GTG......Night!

-I glare at the outspoken one- How dare you!! You can't object to their holy union!

Liesel gave a snarl of pure fury, wheeling around to stare at the child.

"How DARE you! You little Demon, how DARE you!"


Cynder looked at Artemis with wide eyes, a smile twitching over her mouth.
An Objection...!

Liesel spun to one of the guards, her voice shaking with rage,
"Restrain that child! This is not called off!"

Artemis: You can't just throw out an objection! Someone objected to me marrying Cynder! That's the end of this!

Guard: -I grab Isabella and take her back to her room, but not before gaggig her-

Liesel wheeled around, her hair flying in her face, her eyes wild.

"The person who objected was a foolish little viper! Her argument is not valid here!"

Cynder felt herself shaking again as Liesel marched up to her, grabbing her arms and pulling them behind her back.
Holding her arms tightly, Liesel pulled the veil over Cynder's head.
Horror shone in the girl's eyes as the woman grinned darkly.

"Kiss your Bride, Ersatz"

I will not... someone objected this marriage.

OOC Okay if no one is on in the next... 30 minutes, I push on ahead with Crouch's plot

I look at how much closer we're getting to the temple with a smile. "This is going to be so much fun..." -mutters to self-

Liesel raised a hand.
A clawed hand.
A scaled hand.
A hand that was like the claws of an eagle.
She held it up to Cynder's throat, holding her head back, tapping the fragile skin with the sharp blades of claws.

"Kiss your bride, or watch her pain, Ersatz. Which will you choose? Either way, you cannot win~"

Artemis: -No, I couldn't risk Cynder's life- Fine fine... -I look at Cynder- I'm sorry, truly I am... -I start leaning toward her for a kiss-

Crouch: -Crazy Grin- Hear that Ray? I hear a lot of voices coming from the temple... something big must be happening... -I start running towards the entrance-

I run with Crouch, filled with excitement; almost having an adrenaline rush.

A look of deep satisfaction crossed Liesel's expression, and she grinned evilly.

Cynder watched Artemis with sorrow.
"Artemis... I'm sorry..."
And yet, through the hesitation, it was nearly time.
A kiss would seal the deal. It was over. No matter the objection, nothing worked.

Artemis: -My lips almost meet Cynder's when...-

-BAM!!! the door to the main chamber is blown off the hinges and then the surprise of my life occurs... none other than Crouch Jr walks in with Raven and Jez. Th room goes dead silent-

Crouch: -Crazy Grin, insane laughter, I announce loudly- Well my my... aren't I underdressed?

Cynder gave a gasp of shock and release as Liesel's hand turned back human.
The woman spun 'round, releasing her grip on Cynder.

"Unpure one! How dare you come in at this time!"

Cynder watched Crouch, eyes wide.

"Crouch!" She gasped, trembling with the shock and mere joy.
Thank you... Lord, thank you..

I smirk, Wouldn't Liria just love to hear about this... I stand beside Crouch, waiting for our next move.

Artemis: -I think a moment. The only plausible explanation to why Crouch is here is because Voldemort ordered him to be here. Everyone here was in grave danger!- Cynder! We need to get all these children out of here!

Crouch: -Crazy Grin- Now now... is that anyway to welcome a guest? And what kind of spectacle do we have here? Artemis and Cynder, tying the knot? -Laughs, fake hurt expression- Cynder, you're getting married and you didn't invite me? I'm crushed...

This is very entertaining... I laugh quietly to myself, enjoying this a lot.

Cynder looked at Artemis, a desperation in her eyes.
"Yes! Artemis, we need to Hurry!"
The girl started to turn, to move away from Liesel.
But the woman grabbed her wrist, yanked her down in front of her, a crazed look in her eyes.

Liesel's voice was mad, cracking and shaking as she snarled the words.
"Unpure ones! How did you enter this sacred place?"

Crouch: -Crazy Grin- Well you see, the guard at the door came down with a sudden case of Death, never recovered I'm afraid... now then the Dark Lord wants this place destroyed so if you'll kindly stay right where you are, I can do my job without having to move...

Artemis: Let her go Liesel! You know you can't fight them and hold Cynder hostage at the same time!

"Oh, I'd love to see that..." I say after hearing Artemis's words. I raise my wand, ready to start destroying things.

Liesel's eyes narrowed at Crouch, a deep snarl sounding from her throat.

"Ersatz, you're right. But you're still bound to me, so it's no use escaping. You'll die if you try. Foolish children."
Liesel let go of Cynder.
The girl fell to the ground, whimpering, before clambering away to stand near Artemis, hey eyes wide.

The woman turned her gaze from Raven, to jez, to Crouch.
"Well. You are quite... welcome... Let me give you a greeting."
With a mad chuckle, Liesel held out a hand, sending a wave of Magic towards Crouch and Raven with the strength of a gale-storm.
