I'm an exercise-a-holic. A MAJOR ONE.

i've developed scarred muscle tissue in my hamstrings so i cant even run anymore (as well as constant strain/sprain in my legs), yet im still doing taekwondo 4 times a week, weightlifting once a week (on occassion, not all the time) and swimming once a week

im clearly insane o.o

me- kayaks 3 imes a week in summer, 19 day sailing trips round the uk (arm streangth to climb rigging) rowing.

My exercise consists of:

cleaning the house once a day
sitting on my ass the rest of the day and farting around on the internet

yep.

there's only one way you can really get under my skin, and thats by ignoring me.

i can handle everything else, even if i'm called the most obscene things in the world i don't care. But if people just blank me it really ticks me off.

There are so many times when I've just wanted to shout at someone for something they've said to me, but I usually end up not shouting at them and shouting at someone in my family for the stupidest reason.
