The girl was now dressed in a simple black dress, hugging her lean frame and draping to her knees. Her ear length blonde hair ruffled carelessly in the breeze, as if what she were merely going to a meeting. Seven years of being a Death Eater had taught her how to disguise herself.

Sydnay ascended the steps, ominously calm, one by one, black pumps tapping on the concrete.

She shoved open the doors to the Ministry, a slightly delusional grin on her young face. Her voice was completely level when she spoke, grey eyes filled only with determination.

'My name is Sydnay Desouza, and I am turning myself in.'

She was in a temporary holding cell, smirking coldly at Auror Cayden. 'Funny isn't it? the last time I came here was to free my sister, but there won't be no trial for me will there?'

Auror Cayden looked bemused, knowing the girl had no chance of freedom. 'You've been a Death Eater for 7 years, you're a serial killer, why turn yourself in now?'

Sydnay shrugged, wrists shackled to the wall. 'How can I serve justice if I have evaded it for so long? I want to help my brother....'

Cayden's voice lowered, this could be an opportunity if she cared about her family. 'If you can tell me about the Death Eaters, i could shorten your sentence so you can aid Brynmor.'

'Nah, don't hassle yourself, I am perfectly comfortable here. In fact, i like it, the chains are quite kinky actually.' Sydnay laughed manically, eyes glinting crazily.

The woman shook her head, exiting the cell. 'She's clearly insane, restrain her.' she instructed the guards, not paying another moment of attention to the blonde.

'I already told you, i know nothing about the Death Eater plans....' she breathed out, sweat beading accross her forehead, the taste of veritaserum still lingering in her mouth. She was telling the truth, her mind was almost completely empty, she had learnt to clear it in situations like these.

'Well you're just going to have to stay here until you talk, aren't you missy?' their raucous laughter echoed around her cell, making her shut her eyes and slump her head in defeat, arms still chained to the wal behind her.

Damn it Bryn, I'm sorry...

Subject: Sydnay Mon Aug 13, 2012 3:17 pm

Her family had told her she would be free in days, yet she was still here, looking bloodied and broken as the guards continued snapping instructions at her.

'What are the Death Eaters planning?' they asked her repeatedly, and she remained mute, one of her eyes swollen from the result of their previous questioning. Sydnay could handle the pain, she would never talk.

Instead, it only fuelled her bitterness, stoking up the violent and distasteful fire in her chest, her faith in her family dwindling.

Soon, Sydnay would be back at square one, her softness crushed by layers of hate towards the Ministry and her siblings for lying to her.

Subject: Amaya, Ace, Sydnay Tue Aug 14, 2012 2:39 pm

By now, Sydnay's face was set in a permanent scowl, her expression bristling with disgust and pure hatred for her guards, the Ministry, towards Bryn for telling her he would break her out.

'why did you lie to me brother? you said you would rescue me, that i could be saved...' she gasped under her breath, feeling her fury rise.

He just wanted me out of the picture.

'I HATE YOU! I HATE EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU! I'LL BE LAUGHING WHEN I CRUSH YOU ALL!' she started screeching, fighting against the various restraints upon the girl.

-outside-
Ace stood, straightening herself. Her usually blonde hair was now in a taut grey bun, the exact mirror image of Head Auror Cayden.

Amaya was just watching, whistling under her breath. 'so...just waltz in, pull her out and hope the copy at school isn't busy?' Ace nodded, ascending the steps slightly nervously, hoping the polyjuice potion would still work here as she pried the doors open.

'I permit for the release of Miss Sydnay Abonacci.' Ace refused to wince at the name, knowing Sydnay called herself a Desouza, but the Ministry had never recognized the name change.

After a few moments of confused glares and murmurings, the slightly broken girl emerged from the holding cells, a slight shuffle in her walk as she thrashed visciously beside her guards.

Ace calmly pulled the girl outside, into Amaya's arms, where they would explain the situation later. But for the time being, the girl usually in a boy's disguise was done.

Just like that, Sydnay Desouza escaped justice again.
