-They were all neutrals on the jury- 'Amaya has killed before, and her mental health suggests she'd kill again easily. She might just be a kid, but she's a dangerous one'

-Bryn observed the conversation, trying to work it out. He could feel tension rising in his shoulders-

Not guilty. Phoenix has helped to expose the crime of Project Sound's theft that we were not even aware of.

"Maybe so, but help could be offered." She gives them a look. "You know what I mean.
"And as for Phoenix, twice she was unaware she was killing and the third time she was grieving for her twin. She was bound to be out of her head then."

Yes, the third time was a clear example of temporary insanity

She nods. "While stationed at Hogwarts I've had time to get to know some of the students, and I can tell you that Phoenix isn't a naturally violent person."

-Artemis. Topher, and Eugene all wait with anticipation-

Jones: She shrugs. "I think so. I'll let them tell ya."

Mr Flame: He waits, hands clasped in his lap.

-The jury made their decision and whispered it to Cayden, who nodded and stood on the judge's stand-

May i have your attention please? -Mer and Bryn sat down looking at her-

We have a verdict. Jury, do you find Phoenix Flame guilty, or not guilty of the crimes she has commited?

-One woman stood, speaking firmly- Not guilty.

-Artemis, Topher and especially Eugene let out a much needed sigh of relief but Topher and Artemis remained on edge for Amaya-

"Thank God," he whispers, putting his head in his hands.

He turns to Eugene. "Tell Phoenix I send her my love. I need to go home and tell Karen."

Artemis: -I feel disappointed about Amaya, but I figured that was the most probable outcome. I'll try to think of some way to get her out-

Eugene: -I smile happily- Phoenix is free! -I turn to Mr. Flame- I will..

Topher: -As the auror who insulted me walks out, I look at his feet and cause him to trip-

Artemis; Mr. Flame...

He turns. "Yes? Oh..." He pauses. "You must be the boy Karen told me about..."

-I nod my head to him, keeping my face stoic but feeling that same mixture of feelings from earlier-

Topher: -I approach Sydnay- What? You switchin' with her?

Mr Flame: He looks a little uncomfortable. "I'll be happy to answer any questions you have..."

Phoenix: Unsure what else to do, I apparate to the Ministry to see if anyone's still here.

Eugene: -I rush over to phoenix and hold her close-

Topher: -I speak genuinely- Well... seems I was wrong 'bout ya... just wanted to say that...

Artemis: I'll... talk with you soon. -I walk over to Phoenix- Hey! Are you alright?

-To Cayden- I am. Thank you very much.

Phoenix: I hug Eugene tightly. I look over his shoulder at Artemis. "I'm alright now I'm out of Azkaban."

Mr Flame: He touches Phoenix's hair lightly and briefly before leaving to tell Karen and Hazel the good news.

-Sydnay snorted- Don't hold your breath, go over and comfort Phoenix and be all happy for her, we don't need your sympathy. -She pulled her family away from the Ministry-

-Cayden nodded- Remember i'm a friend Artemis. -She immersed herself into the crowd once more-
