Libra, Sixth Astrological Sign

Libra (Celestial Horoscope)
Libra physically appears 17 to 18 years of age but in reality is over 17,000 years old. She is of no definite race but can be classified into the group of “transcendent beings” who started out as mortal souls and were given purpose and power beyond their death by Higher Immortals.
It should be noted that Libra despite taking the physical form of a female has no definite gender and can switch between a male and female form at will. Libra is referred to as a “she” because in her mortal life her soul was in the body of a female human; and that she mainly keeps in the form of a female even though she has the option to do otherwise.
This also goes for the other horoscopes as well.
After her mortal life’s unfortunate end she was chosen to be the bearer of the four winds of the world (ie. North, south, east and west) and her soul and mortal body were given a new life by the power of Lawfiet (Goddess of Winds) “soul wind”. She was approached after her reanimation by the Goddess and told that in her new afterlife she was to be their instrument of Justice on Earth. Given the authority and power to judge all things. But with the power to judge the worth of anything came with the thought that anything she deemed unworthy to deserve to fall into nonexistence. Soon her arrogance and power to judge consumed her to believe even her creators deserved that fate. She joined the rebellion against the gods and lost. After her treachery she was sentenced to be trapped on Earth in a mortal and vulnerable form. She was stripped of her ability to judge all and was restricted only to the truly guilty.
Before her rebellion, Libra had the ability to see all the actions of every living thing on Earth. Part of her punishment was also to be stripped of her omniscient sight and be plagued with permanent blindness. This in her mortal form is represented by her all white eyes.
Due to being blind, Libra has heightened alternative senses making her much more deadly than some of the other horoscopes who rely on sight. This explains why she is able to hold her own in fights against her bloodhound brother Sagittarius. They both suffer ailments that over time have made them stronger.
Most of Libra’s powers revolve around Wind or Wind manipulation. She can fly freely as she pleases, create and control giant tornados’s and push, pull and lift objects via aero force. In a darker light, she can use her power over wind to asphyxiate mortals or even kill them via “soul wind” which is essentially the breath of the soul. She can also materialize wind to form solid objects, typically giant arms called “vectors”.
Also, whenever Libra uses her wind powers to humans or non-magical beings it appears as though she is using a form of telekinesis or force manipulation (unless surrounding debris provide color or hints, such as dirt, leaves, dust, blowing sounds, etc.) To her fellow horoscopes however, the wind appears blue and red in color.

She is able to sense the presence of other living things via “soul wind” she also is highly attuned to smells and scents. This replaces her inability to see as sort of a “second skin” that living things give off.
The colors of Libra’s wind correlate with her eye color as a mortal (blue) and the association of blood with justice (red).

Libra has grown to adapt to the cultures and life of each era as it passes, though she never was quite “with the crowd”.  

Libra’s disposition is generally very lazy and apathetic despite her wish to deal justice. And like the scales she represents, she subconsciously yearns to balance these traits.

Libra suffers from back problems, abdominal pain, and back aches, specifically in her lower back, kidneys, pelvis and hips. It is a tell tale sign she is meant to be delivering justice or that a tragedy is about to happen though she herself does not know this. She simply blames it on her “fleshy weak prison.”

All of the Horoscopes have “aches” or “pains” in certain parts of their body on occasion but they generally are warning for the same things (with slight variations). It happens in the lower abdominal region for Libra because those are the body parts Libra rules over.

Libra’s ruling planet is Venus, also the Goddess of beauty. This is present through Libra’s strange obsession with modern make-up as well as her displays of being vain. She also tends to comment on the appearance of others, sometimes blaming certain things she doesn't like about people on the fact that they “are blonde” or “are large” or “have a height complex” (these are PURELY EXAMPLES) With Venus being her ruling planet she is one of the few horoscopes blessed with nearly perfect beauty. This does cause jealousy and head turning whenever she goes out in public but she ignores it.

Despite her generally uncaring and somewhat tactless disposition she is very caring of those close to her; and would never leave them to suffer (less they deserve it).

She is highly opinionated and can be very self serving at times; which sometimes causes her aim to do true justice to turn into purely self satisfying vengeance. She is immature in any desire or requirement for physical hard work.

She enjoys any time to indulge in human food, clothing, and lifestyles. Her fascination and enjoyment with human things is so prevalent that it reflects in her speech and attitude.

Libra cannot stand the idea of people who lie to purely benefit themselves and also can’t stand the idea of a person’s work taking importance over their family/friends. She also cannot understand anyone who would sacrifice their emotions for anything “greater”. She values feeling and is extremely affectionate, expressive and (when the relationship is appropriate) highly intimate. So the idea that anyone would suppress feeling is completely unreal to her and in some cases it causes heavy communication barriers.  

And lastly it should be noted Libra can be the life of literally any party. While she isn't socially adept in many ways she can inadvertently cheer others up just by simply being herself. And she sees nothing wrong with sharing her “real self” with the world.
