Movie Character Crossovers!

Indiana Jones entered the bar and ordered a drink while keeping a keen eye and ear out fro anyone who spoke of a key or breaking into a tomb or something similar.

He arrived at Cairo but kept his distance from the city until he knew where the jars were.

IC He couldn't believe he was on babysitting duty. The guys were down at the bar getting drinks and he was making sure that little miss adventure didn't break out of her room. The only thing that kept him company was the jar and the weird box thing. No one would tell him what it did, just that it was important.

Ooc one the guys at the bar could casually mention that the key is upstairs. Forgot to mention that.

A group of rugged Americans were talking next to him, apparently vastly disappointed by their adventures. Indy kept an ear on them until one of them dropped word of a small puzzle box being all they found.

And that was what he needed to hear. Indy walked outside and looked for the window that would belong to the adventurers. He started to climb up via drain pipe to look on the higher levels. Given that the other windows had Egyptian families that were outraged by his presence, he went into the highest room and jumped into the bed room area.

He was startled by a scream from inside Evie's bedroom. He quickly pulled his gun and readied himself to fight a dead guy. He unlocked the door with his free hand and slowly opened it.

Indy got out his whip and aimed right at the pistol to knock it out of his hand, "I'm not here to fight, I'm looking for a puzzle box, about this small " he made a hand gesture to indicate the size, "gold and I need it..." His voice made it clear they had no room to negotiate.

He grabbed his wrist in pain. "God damn." He looked back at the idiot who whipped him. "Hell no. That's my box. We found it first." He grabbed for his other gun so that at least he was armed against this psycho.

"Well then, you have the box AND a mummy curse after you... I was GOING to take it off your hands but if you'd rather keep it then.." He started moving toward the window.

He held up his hands in a surrendering position. "Whoa whoa whoa. What were you going to do with it?"

"I'm going to use it to unlock this..." He pulled out the book of amun-ra. "then I'll remove the mummy's immortality and kill him... easy." But of course, Indy's plans were usually anything but easy.

He looked at the golden book. "Then what? After you've gone all heroic and saved the day what happens?" He knew that book was valuable, maybe more so than the jar.

He pointed the the man's face. Greedy men like him were nothing but trouble in the past and Indy was a smart man. "This book goes to a museum where it belongs..."

"That's such bullshit. Let me at least get a share of the profit that you get from the museum."

"Fine... but don't slow me up." What use did Indy have of money? As long as history was preserved that would be enough for him.

The cowboy threw the key to Indiana without hesitation. "Now get that sick bastard off our butts."

Imhotep tracked the group of thieves to a small bar. He masked his face and covered his body with robes while his accomplice lead him to the explorers.

The archaeologist pocketed the relic and made his way to the door to get out to his car. With any luck there would be an airfield to get him to the city much faster.

The sky grew dark above them and it started to rain. However, it wasn't water that was falling from the sky. Balls of fire fell all throughout Egypt.

People screamed and ran, trying to evade the flames. Imhotep paid them little mind as his sights were set on the explorer getting into his car. He snarled under the mask and pointed to the escaping man. "After him!" he growled to his accomplice.

Taking the wheel he tried to drive away, nimbly dodging the fireballs. It was a little sad how good he was at this after so many car chases.

He knew there was no way to catch the thief at the speeds at which he was traveling. He let him go. There would be another chance.

He made his way to a local airfield, looking at a old trap of a plane knowing this was his only chance to get back to Hamunaptra in time. A rickety plane though was the least of his concerns given global devastation was at hand. 

He paid the pilot and got into the passenger seat only to find something slithering at his feet, "THERE'S A SNAKE IN HERE!!!" Indy cried out with a panic. He could face nazis and elements of myth, but snakes... why does it always have to be snakes?

The pilot laughed, "Oh don't worry, that's just my pet..."

"I HATE SNAKES!! I HATE THEM!!!"

OOC Laughs at Indy's fear of snakes

IC He had grown to nearly full power in the time that the explorer had been gone. With his newfound powers he turned himself into sand and headed back to Hamunaptra to stop the explorer and raise his beloved from the Underworld.
