Jack looks away.

He watches with deep interest, "How fascinating..."

ooc because I'm lazy, my new avatar is what Staz looks like.

When the fire died, Staz stood in the center if the symbol. She looked around at the three of them with xenophobic caution. Piper approached her
"Your Staz right?" Staz nodded silently

"I...am the eater of guilty souls." She spoke sheepishly "I am...here to do as you ask." Piper half smiled

"Cut the formal talk, this isn't 1809. We need your help so, if one of you would explain to Staz here..." Piper gestured to Eugene and Jack

Jack steps up and explains it all, all of his pain and anger showing.  "A man... Has extracted my daughter's soul from her body and replaced it with his own... How do we switch it back?"

"His name is Casimir, an innovator of the dark arts. We have Sarah's soul and body, just so you are aware..."

Stay nodded, absorbing every word despite her adsent face
"Well...where is Sarah's body? I work oddly, I force myself into a vessel to force the occupying soul out. Then you would take her original soul and hold in in front of her to which I would take it and swap myself with it. The previously occupying soul I would...devour." She runs her tongue over her teeth

Jack points to the body that's on the couch.

The boy walked over to Sally, "May we borrow Sarah's soul for a moment?" He asked it in such a way as asking a family member to pass an item at the table for dinner.

Sally slowly let's it go, looking troubled.

Staz waits, absently asking "where's her occupied body?"

Jack continues to point at it.  "It's on the fucking couch!  Are you blind?!  I've been pointing at it this whole time!"

"You'll have to forgive him Staz, he's a bit on edge..."

Staz averted her eyes to her body and walked over to it, putting her hand above it.
"I hope I remember how to do this..." With a few breaths, Stazs body turned into a whisp of fire, slithering into Sarah's body.

Jack watches, needing this to work, or he's going to murder someone.

"If someone said that in surgery, they'd probably be furious..." Eugene muttered to himself.

It took a lot of searching, inside occupied bodies was always scary for Staz. But she eventually came across a glowing sphere of a neutral light. Staz saw the name hovering over it
"Vanessa.." She out her hand to the soul, shrinking it to a size to put in her mouth. After that she quickly swam out again, swallowing the soul as she held Sarah's original soul. Diving back in she placed her soul back in it's place. After that she threw herself out of Sarah and into the floor. She coughed a few times before speaking
"She should...come back in a bit..."

After a few minutes, Sarah starts coughing, sitting up straight.  Sally runs and hugs her tightly, Jack following.

Having watched the whole process, Eugene quickly wrote down all he had seen "Fascinating..." He went over to Sarah and patted her back, "Welcome back!"

Staz looked down a bit in shame , hadnt she just destroyed one life to save another?

Jack and Sally both look at Staz, "Thank you... So much..."

"You must tell me how all that was possible!"

Staz bowed to Jack and Sally and then looked at Eugene
"I...am not sure what you want to hear. It's what I was born to do."

Staz smiled shyly
"Thank you...I wish I could tell you more. I'm happy I could help and that Sarah's okay..."

"Yes indeed... I'm just happy it worked, thank you!"
