Sam smiles.  "I'm glad I could help..."

'We should....I should go and talk to your parents...'

"Okay!"  Sam stands and opens the door, holding it open for River.  "I'll come with you.  My dad should be calmed down by now, if he was as irritated as you said."

I nod, walking into the house again. I found it kind of strange- this was obviously a close family...It made me mourn that I never had this. Not really.

Sally hears the door, smiling when she sees her daughter and River.  She hugs Sam, "It's so good to see you!"  Then she hugs River.  "I'm glad to see that you're alright!  I was getting worried!"

'Im fine. Sorry if i upset you though.'

"Oh, I'm not upset at you, dear!  Jack was, but he's down in his lab, calming down.  You hungry?  Dinner is ready!"  Sally smiles, as if no argument ever happened.

'um....I want to talk to jack...if thats ok?'

"Of course!"  Sally walks over to the basement door and opens it, "Jack!" She shouts, "Dinner's ready!" 

After a few minutes pass, Jack walks up the stairs, pausing when he sees River.  After taking one deep breath, he walks up to her, noticing Sam by her side.  "I take it this means that you've come to your senses?"

'I'd like...i need your help. But you cant hurt him. please. And i will think about...the others.'

"I can't promise that he won't get hurt... But I'll do my best not to kill him."  It will be really hard, though...

'thank you...'

Jack nods, and Sally smiles at the reunion.  "We're glad to have you, River.  We'd like to help in any ways we can!"

'thank you. im sorry....this.' I wave my hand around the room. 'Its very overwhelming for me. Im not used to...this ind of family.'

"We understand."  Sally smiles.  "Know that you're welcome here any time!"

"And," Jack adds, "That we need to discuss details for this plan of yours."

'its not much of a plan...'

"Well, we know the objective: to take Crouch's magic using that stone.  Now, we just need the 'how' part of it."

'Ive got a man making something wwith the stone so it will be easier...'

"What is he making?"

'SOme sort of potion, i think.'

"So, we need a plan to have Crouch drink this potion."

'Yes...i havent thought that fair ahead yet.'

"Alright..."  Jack starts thinking.

'SOmeone he trusts? We could get them to help..'

"In that case, Raven is out of the question... I don't know many of the others."
