"You're merely speculating, now cease your pettiness and let's continue..." Crouch ordered as Crest approached Raven again.

"I told you you were just a toy..." 

"Leon, come on, I know you can pull through this!" Horror began to course through Helm's veins at the lifeless form is was holding. He knew he couldn't have died truly, surly he couldn't have! 

"Leon, work with me here buddy, give me a sign."

Raven shrinks away, feeling stressed, depressed, and frustrated.  She shoots a glare at Crest.  "You don't know what any of this is, Strayer.  Or should I even call you a Strayer?  You're acting much more like a Death Eater right now..."

The crystal heart that hung around Leon's neck glowed faintly, though Leon did not move or breathe the crystal remained faintly bright. It seemed to glow ruthymically with the cube, as if the two were giving energy to each other.

Crest stared into her eyes unflinchingly, "Then at least one of us is." He pushed past her to get inside.

Helm looked back and forth between the cube and his fallen friend, giving a moment of silence to him.

Sam follows right behind Crest, extremely worried about him.

Raven follows behind them all, sighing, trying to forget about everything.

Leon's crystal heart glowed it's last bits of light before dying out.
But then, the necklace slid off him and floated toward the cube, it was drawn to it by something, and after a brief moment it merged into the cube.

Crest looked at his wife, "What?"

Helm watched the scene before him, "Leon, your sacrifice shall always be honored." He removed his mask, standing up and bowing to him respectfully. "I'm sorry we didn't get to know each other long, but you were a good man in my books." Sorrow filled the Death Eater to his core, he never liked losing his comrades ever since he was forced to be on opposite sides with his best friend. 

But this was different, as he knew that Leon wouldn't be on the opposite side. He would never be.

"Nothing... I'm just worried about you."

For a moment the cube did nothing, and Leon laid there, pale and cold like any corpse would.

OOC night Ashley!

"Don't worry I have everything under control..." Crest reassured his wife.

Helm held onto the body, mourning the man he had gained such admiration for in such a short time.

IOC Crest NEEDS to see Leon right now 0.0 (or later)

Deep in Leon's subconscious, he begged Crest and Sam to forgive him more times than he could count

Sam nods, "Okay..."

Crest walks up the the first room in the temple that had several beams of lights. 

"We shouldn't touch those I think..." 

Helm laid the body down and waited for the rest of the group.

The light in his usual sunset orange hair started to fade, turning grayish

Sam stays close to Crest, as usual.

The group was on the last room before the cub room. Here the stone floors were scattered with the family crest of the Strayers. Crest advised, "Only step on the ones with the crest on them."

Helm's panic grew higher as his friend's deterioration continued and progressed evermore rapidly, "Come on hurry.. I don't know what to do.."

The cube seemed to radiate a certain cold aura that made the whole room feel like the artic circle.
Leon wasn't doing this, but the cold atmosphere seemed to stop the color from draining from him

Sam goes on each crest, wanting to get to Leon. She has a really bad feeling about him.

Crest had made it across safely, but Crouch saw a perfect opportunity to create chaos in order to unsettle the so called heroes. 

Perhaps this diversion would aid in their escape.

With that Crouch purposefully pressed down on one of the other tiles to initiate a trap.

The whole area around them rumbled, and the rest of the unmarked tiles crumbled to reveal spikes sharpened to a point in the abyss below.

Sam screams as the floor around the tole she's on starts to crumble, nearly falling.

Raven keeps her balance, depressed, but unshaken by this.

Crest reached out and grabbed onto Sam to keep her on balance. 

Crouch saw the perfect opportunity to remove one of his enemies and minus the dead weight as he ordered both Silver and Raven, "See to it she falls!" He orders as he runs on ahead.

What he finds couldn't have been a better surprise. Leon looking on the verge of the reaper's grasp and Helm alive. "Well done, Helm..."

Helm however looked appalled by the compliment, "This was not done by me! He did this so we could all escape."

Crouch cackled wildly at the news, "Well then, it seems he did have a purpose after all."

Raven hurries to push Sam down before Silver can, wanting to gain back Crouch's trust. 

Sam screams, hanging onto Crest's hands. Raven then tries to distract Crest by kicking him, needing him to let go.

Ic Silver however flits like a shadow over to where Crest and Sam were and grabs Sam's hand pulling her to safety.-

If there had been windows in the temple, outside the ocean slowly, Slowly Started to dry up
