He laughed as he in sync with Raven shot a small fire curse on Artisans hands to burn them, "AHHHHH!!!!"

Jessie did something very brave or very stupid. She went up to Crouch and kicked him in the face-

Raven's eyes widen with surprise, "So she does have some fight in her..."

"She has guts... I like that in a victim..." He smirked deviously and pointed her wand point blank at her head.

Artemis struggled to try and stand to help her.

You're.... A bully!!! You're a Bully Bartemius Crouch!!!

Raven bursts out laughing at Jessie's words.

Crouch laughed hysterically along with Raven. "Bully am I? Oh my dear... I'm afraid I'm no such bully. I'm a death eater, I remove 'bullies'... and please don't forget it... CRUCIO!!"

Dodges. She was really panicking now.

She looked at Artisan on the floor... An idea occured to her-

Raven throws another curse at Jessie.

This time, it hits her and she falls down-

Crouch stepped up to the girl and tapped her side with his foot, "heheh... the Strayers must be low on numbers if they send such foolish girls to oppose us. I wouldn't even bother bragging about this one Raven.."

"No... But if she's here, others must be on their way..."

With speed and strength that she had never known before. Jessie jumped up and grabbed Raven tapping a bracelet that turned to a knife and pressing it hard enough into her neck to draw blood-

Dont. Move. Or I WILL kill you.

Raven's eyes slant menacingly, but she doesn't move. She observes the situation, thinking about what she can do to get out of this grip. Raven is a powerful Death Eater and a martial artist! She can get out of anything as simple as this...

He had to admit, he was impressed by her being able to take Raven. Even so, this did indeed incite his wrath, "I'd advise you not to do that... else all of you won't be walking away from this..."

If I don't let her go you'll kill us, the difference is, is that she will get killed as well and that means you lose something and Liria says you're a sore loser.

Raven continues to think.  The way she's being held, she could stomp on her foot or kick her knee.  Good thing she always wears her combat boots...

Raven kicks Jessie's leg the hardest she can.

OOC You know, what if it were Liria holding Ray captive and not Jessie?  How would Crouch handle it?

Crouch watches to see how this escape attempted fared out. Raven was no slouch at close quarters fighting. The girl may as well have thrown herself into a flytrap.

Jessies face pales but she holds on determined-

I warned you.

-she stabs raven in the side-

Next time its your throat.

Raven shouts out in pain and grips her side, anger starting to boil over the surface.  Blood starts dripping down her leg from the wound.

Not seeing anyway out of the situation without hurting Raven further, "Name your terms..."

Let me, Artemis, and Artisan go safely.

You will not double cross us in any way or try to find a way around these instructions.

Raven doesn't let this injury stop her from fighting back.  She throws all her weight onto Jessie, aiming to elbow her in the stomach.

Crouch looked around the room trying to find something that could help him strike unnoticed and from a distance.

OOC  Here, I can bring in someone to help Jessie out...  

IC  Jack, having heard trouble regarding his daughter and her in-laws, walks into Beaux.  He sees Jessie threatening Crouch and Raven, and Artemis and Artisan injured on the ground nearby.  He glares at Crouch and Raven from afar, hating the two for all the pain they've caused his family.  Before Raven can do anything, Jack holds her still with his mind, letting Jessie take hold of her without any fuss.
