"But.. Why? Why help us?"

"Why not?" Raziel raised an eyebrow.


OOC: Oooh, I just had a wonderful little idea. It doesn't effect the plot, but it's a neat little thing I just noticed.

"I don't know, I'd love to believe human decency existed but..."

Ooc what?

"Sometimes, Sound, people can be honest. I understand that it's difficult to realise, given the circumstances, but it happens."

OOC: Raziel and Celeste both share similar mind-sets and their names are both sort of religious, or at least holy-ish (Raziel = Angel of Mysteries, Celeste = heavenly). They could easily be siblings!

"Believe me I used to think that too..." Artemis didn't want to bring himself to admit it, but he was losing faith.

OOC: I think it calls for some idea-brewing... I'm gonna see if there's anything I can make of it.

IC: "Sound, have faith a little longer." Raziel smiled warmly. "There are still decent people around."

"I appreciate your ind words."

He tipped his head back to look at the stars, humming to himself quietly. "Sound, have you ever believed in God?"

"God? I've heard of the concept but I don't practice.the strayers never taught religion to their youth, their duty was their only faith.

"My sister and I are strong believers. We have been for years." He closed his eyes, recalling the memories. "It only makes sense that her gift must be from Him." Raziel chuckled, then added, "I apologise, I'm getting ahead of myself."

"Who is your sister anyway?"

Raziel opened his eyes again, lowering them back to Artemis. "Her name is Celeste."

"Is she a small girl, can use dreams?"

"Yes. She uses them to educate people on how to overcome their weaknesses."

"I met her once, she helped Topher with some problem.."

Raziel smiled, clearly proud of her. "She has always been a kind soul. It's truly remarkable that she has advanced to this."

"She's here should you ever want to reunite."

"Oh, I know. We've been keeping in touch."

"I'm happy to ear," he smiled but somewhere deep in him was an envy for normal family life.

"Thank you. Is there anything else you wish to discuss? I have all night here; I have to stay with Phoenix to make sure the spell is working correctly."

"No, thank you raziel..."

Raziel nodded, then turned his gaze on Phoenix. "If you ever have any questions for me, feel free to seek me out."

"Thank you.. Very much." He bowed his head in gratitude and left.
