She was building up power, and this was something the young man couldn't allow!

With a outward thrust of his arms the water around him exploded, a huge dome of water rapidly growing to consume everything in the immediate area.

As soon as the water expanded, Leo made a mad dash, slashing him across the side. But because she withdrew from absorbing so quickly, she fell immediately afterward, trying to get back up

Shangdai looked down at his side, where definitive scratch marks were now starting to bleed, "You did well exploiting that opportunity... however, that matters very little."

"Huangdi, nǐ de zhànshì qǐqiú yùhé." The man spoke to the heavens and within moments his wound started to close as yellow light glowed from it.

"Thank you my emperor..."

Leo, enraged by this, sent beams shaped like claw slashes, derived from the pure heat of the sun towards him
"What are you after?!" She demanded

"It is not what I am after that matters now, what matters to you is how you'll escape..."

"Don't insult me!" Leo roared, slicing the air near him so sharply it could be heared. She didn't to kill him
"I'll keep fighting you UNTIL you let Sagittarius go."

"Unlikely..." Shangdai reached out to get more water.

Just then Leo remembered.
She didn't have to stay and fight, she could warn the others! Strength in numbers. But ahe was torn on trying to save Sagittarius. She took one last look at his submerged body

Shangdi lamented, "We're no longer anonymous..." It would be futile to go after her, she had a head start and was much faster than him.

"Let me go after her..." Draco offered, striding over to him
"I can take her out before she says a word."

Her speed was probably superior to his, he'd risk violating his code but if the end result was worth it...

"Go ahead, my friend..."

Draco spread her wings and took to the skies

On the more likely chance he would be, Shangdi decided to return to Draco's mountain with their prize to clean up his involvement in this fiasco. Anonymity was one of his greatest advantages which now was under threat of being exposed.

Jenna took in everything Teddy had told and showed her about Magic.
Problem? She had a hard time applying it. It always ended with something shattering, gathering in piles at her feet. "GOD...curse words" she mumbled, pacing back and forth. "There's gotta be some sort of trick to it or SOMETHING." She sighed in a defeat, resting her tired figure against a tree.
"Why can't magic be simple?" She asked, glancing up at the overcast yet still bright sky. She wished her parents were still here. She wished the world wasn't as divided as it was.
Jenna wished for a lot of things. And many of them she had the power to make happen. But all Jenna saw when she looked at herself was a hopeless half-breed, trying to understand the two heritages from whence they came.
"Life is so cruel..." she whispered, reopening her book again and trying once more at her magic.

Thanks to a wizard who lent him a broom, Crouch had made his way to his home, forging a potion from the blackest secrets the Death Eaters possessed. 

With the inconspicuous blue flask strung to his side, he could fulfill exactly the purposes he needed. The drinker... or drinkerS... would take his appearance and render their minds more malleable to suggestion. But to complete the facade, he bought some necklaces from Borgin and Burkes. These necklaces were enchanted to allow one to communicate telepathically with the wearer of the other necklace. He would transmit his orders through them and the proxies would obey him... it was foolproof.

He observed a girl practicing, if you could even call it that, magic in the forest. She was having difficulty and reeked of despair.... perfect...

"Indeed it is isn't it?Crouch stepped out, greeting her with a friendly smile.

The gothic halfbreed Jenna turned fast, her vision blurred by the light for a second before she focused in on Crouch. He wasn't...pleasent looking but he didn't look like someone she couldn't at least talk too.
"Um, hi" she connected his statement to what she'd said earlier. "Yes, life for me, indeed, sucks. I can't understand this. Oh sure, one side of me is fine, but THIS, it's like rocket science."

"Magic I take it? Well you're in luck, magic..." used to, "be a speciality of mine!"

Jenna's eyes lit up, but not too much. Remember Jenna, strangers. He's just saying.
"Really? Do you by any chance have some kind of drink or whatever that could just MAKE me good at magic?" She sighed irritably
"Can't understand magic worth my salt but THESE--" she showed her fangs "I can use perfectly fine!"

'Dark Lord, thank you for this generous gift before me...' Crouch offered as a prayer in his head as he looked on her with a bright smile, "Woah now, you sure you aren't psychic either?"

"Psychic? Pfft, please! I wouldn't be surprised if I was a damn elf!" Jenna exclaimed in irritation

"I only ask because I have such a potion!" He showed her the blue flask, "This will amplify your magic tenfold..."

"BUT!!! I can't just give this away for free..."

Jenna reached for it but held back when he shouted
"What's the catch?"

"It's a pretty simple little thing... you just need to wear this necklace everyday!" He shows it to her, it was a simple silver necklace with a silver infinity symbol hanging at the bottom.

Sterling silver. At least I like the metal. I take and try it on, adjusting it
"It's really pretty" I grin a bit
