amy sat outside one of the many café's along the road, her cup untouched in front of her as her reddened eyes scanning the crowd for the perfect victim.

The Strayer network left very few cities unsupervised, and when reports of a vampire sighting came in Crest was the go to man.

He was a very handy auror with zero room for nonsense. He watched from afar as he typically does at first, studying his opponent like she were prey.

She saw the perfect target a young looking girl who looked lost roaming close by attempting to read a map as Amy approached her.

She was making her move now. I have a solid 5 seconds to counter attack and then disappear. Vampires were natural hunters, and unfortunately humans are exceptionally easy creatures for them to find. Only by continually moving could one stand a chance. To stand still with them is to know death.

'Lumos Solem' I point my wand at the predator from the crowd. Hiding in plain sight will cause confusion.

It took only a quick moment for Amy to shrink back into the shadows of the alley small bursts of colour making it impossible to see as she pulled her wand.

She was by far the fastest vampire I've fought. She must already be a few centuries old. Older vampires are more powerful than younger ones so I have to be careful.

Strategically, I move with the panicked crowd to obscure my presence while trying to get closer.

She rubbed her eyes scoping the crowd for anyone who looked unusual, wondering if she had a slayer following her. She backed further into the shadows of the alley ready to attack.

And now the prey hides in a corner to pounce at her attacker. But I was made of smarter stuff than that.

Using a levitation spell after I was out of eye sight, I fly up to the roff of one of the buildings she was near and start aiming a shot at her.

She stopped for a moment breathing deeply focusing for a moment before looking straight up at him 'ah well won't this be fun." she smirked playfully waiting for him to make his move.

I've been spotted, I have to take the shot now! "Stupefy"

She smirked barely stepping out of the spells way, her wand simply a flash of purple flames headed for him.

Fearlessly I jump down from the roof to avoid te spell, sliding next to her, "Amythyst Dolohov, you're under arrest. Surrender and this won't hurt."

She giggled as though he had just told a funny joke "oh come on Strayer you know how this is going to go. in the end I'll step away from this and you'll probably be dead.. depends on my mood really."

My sullen and unmoving face don't flinch a muscle, "Wrong answer."

With that I point my wand at a drain pipe on a building and send it flying toward her like a snake about to coil it's prey.

She twisted her wand watching the pipe melt into flames blaze quickly back toward him

My eyes widen marginally for a second as I quickly duck to avoid it. She was a skilled opponent for certain. Close combat would be suicide, I need to get some distance.

"Caligo!" A thick fog sweeps in from out of nowhere, like a ghost returned from the grave.

Crona fidgeted nervously as she maneuvered her way around people who seemed to be in the middle of celebration, possible a party.
"Exscuse me...sorry, whoops! I'm sorry...scuse' me...sorry..."
Finally she stummbled breathless from the crowd and continued to walk away
"So many people..." she muttered, clutching her arms close to herself

My instincts told me London would be a good place to begin and my instincts seldom failed me.

I find myself walking into a party and start to pretend to partake in it until I found the target.

I try to remain invisible, but with my violet hair it was a little hard. People walked by me and gave me weird looks, some even laughed.
"I'm so weird..." and more weird than normal people.

Let's see... alone, check. Social awkward? Double check. My target, triple check.

"Don't pay them any mind." I take a seat beside her and try to give a FRIENDLY smile, not to be confused with my insane ones.

Amy smirked moving through the fog as though gliding "all you're doing is giving me the perfect environment." she sounded more amused than anything.

Startled, I jump in my seat a bit
"Oh um...okay." It took a while,but after a minute I asked "who are you? And....why are you over here? Talking to....me."

Crouch: "Because you and I have much in common you see..."

Crest: Did I?

With another wave of the wand, the fog seemed to condense, turning from vapor to solid white rock.
