"I do... but one so high as him wouldn't notice a lowly slave like me..." Agatha frowned in despair.

Enzo apparated the both of them, to his crystal fortress which at the time was still in it's building stages. Stones of miraculous light ad clarity were being gathered by others with the same eyes as Enzo, "behold, the earth shalt be our kingdom from here..."

Kara's father almost couldn't help a small smile
"I felt the same way when I met Katrina..."

Kara, despite being afraid with a man she knew nothing about, she had to admire the scene around them. It was something she could've only dreamed about in a story book.
But still, fear shook her entire insides
"I'm scared..." she whispered

"Look, I can't do much, but I can tell you're good. Maybe we can help each other out..."

Enzo patted her shoulders sympathetically, "All great changes are terrifying. But this change is for the best. Have you never wished to live as a fairy tale?"

Kara's father looked up, a glint of hope in his eyes
"Really? Would you...help to get my daughter back? And I'll do anything in return for that, Kara is...all I have."

Kara shifted her weight a bit, looking at her doll.
"Sorta'..."

"I seek to e free of my father, to live in France... start a brand new life. If you can help me, even a little bit, I will take you directly to where Enzo is..." Agatha promised him whole heartedly.

"I can give thou your chance... let me teach thou to control your eyes and I can make thou as a fairy tale princess.."

"i'll try to help you however I can. But if your telling the truth...please take me to my daughter."

Kara, despite the magnitude of the fear and anxiety she felt, her eyes lit up a bit when he said this. Maybe...he wasn't BAD, Kara's mind for a moment drifted away from thoughts of her dad and she looked up under her short bangs
"really...?"

"Of course, here, grab hold of me..." Agatha told him as she got out her wand. Her heart was soaring with hope over the prospect of leaving all this misery behind her.

"I give thou my word..." Enzo, for all his insane machinations, could be charming and persuasive on a coin flip if it was so demanded of him.

Kara's father held on, determined to see his daughter again

Kara insides fluttered, but just then she felt a familiar presence. She looked around in lost hope
"Daddy?"

Agatha apparated them inside, "Now follow my lead..." Agatha advised, "No matter what I may say, know that I'm working in your best interest."

Enzo glared as he too looker around, "He is a persistent man, where art he?"

Kara's father nodded, staying close

"He's here..." Kara whispered, the little hope she had left filling her voice
"He's really here..."

Agatha opened the front doors into the main area, "Father, I have returned..."

Enzo's worries were at ease knowing his daughter had probably taken him prisoner, "Kara, he would only let you live as common stock."

Kara's father remained silent, not wanting to give anything away

Kara looked from her father to Enzo
"Common...stock?" She said like a little child trying out words

"Yes, one that would end up like those two." The meglomaniac gestured to his disappointing daughter and Kara' father, "unremarkable, ordinary, low on the evolutionary spectrum..."

"But...that's my daddy..." She whispered
"How is he....bad?"

"Kara honey don't listen to him!"

"He is weak, foolish, you're superior to him in all ways..." Enzo knelt to her level, "remember your place in this world..."

"Father, please..." Agatha pleaded but with a glare from her father she was silenced.

"Your an insane, horrible man, get away from her!" Kara's father ran forward, pushing Enzo to the floor

Kara yelped, her eyes popping open as her powers caused bad luck by making the room pitch dark.
After which Kara started crying

Enzo sat up but couldn't find his way, "Her powers... I've never seen such control at a young age..."

"Do not do anything you'll regret Kara..."

Kara started panicking, fearful of everything around her. She tried to focus with her eyes and gave herself the insight to the way out. She started running, total fear motivating her

The darkness eventually lifted and agatha looked around, "she's gone..."

Kara's father thanked his wife in death for blessing his daughters escape
"You won't get her..."

Enzo was was infuriated at the lose of his newest would-be disciple, "you... You shall pay for your transgressions! Agatha, restrain him!"

However the downtrodden women's eyes lite up with a small spark of defiance, "no..." It was a soft spoken cry of rebellion, but multitudes louder than she ever had spoken to him before.

Kara's father looked back at Agatha with a calm smile, as if to congratulate her for standing up to him; despite the outcry being no more than a mumble

"Agatha, thou shalt obey..." 

"No, father! You're not a god.. you're... just a tyrant!" Agatha yelled out with building strength.
