I look at him, my heart twisting at the disappointed feeling coming from him. I lean in and whisper again, "Do you want to leave for a bit? Talk about it?"

I nod my head to her and walk out.

I follow close behind him.

I close the door behind us and look at Sam, "Do you think he bought it?" I say smirking at her.

I look very confused, "What do you mean? Were you faking it that whole time?"

"Partially. But I want to get back at him and I need him to think I'm mad at him for it."

"Okay..." I give him a smile, though I'm still confused, never having seen this side of Crest before. "What are you planning to do to him?"

I smirk at her, "I used to be a prankster with Helm, we planned a prank for Artisan many years back. We never did it since..."

I just look at her, hoping she understood.

My face is filled with empathy at his words, "So you want to do this prank on him?"

"Yes, I think... Helm would like to see me laugh."

I smile at him and take his hand. "I'm sure he would..."

IC "I guess I can see your point... I mean life is perspective.. what we see as right other may see as wrong.." she took a long drink from her bottle "but I think it doesn't matter as long as you're having fun really."

I point to her with my grin on my face, "THAT is exactly my philosophy!"

She took another drink "So do the Death Eaters have fun.. or is it all business and taking over the world?"

"Oohhh... all work and no play makes for a VERY dull Crouch."

She grinned "you mentioned that earlier... but I guess if you guys have fun it can't be all bad.. hell fo all I know you're actually doing more good than the Strayers.."

"Oh we are! We are weeding the Ministry's corruption from the wizarding world!"

Confusion riddled her face "it's so weird.. we grow up being told that the ministry is supposed to help us and protect us, but I keep hearing the opposite. Except from Artisan.. and well he's part of them so how much can I really trust him."

"Here, I'm going to show you something I don't show many people..."

I pull up my shirt just enough to show her an exceptionally large scar that ran diagonally down my chest that could be mistaken for having gotten it yesterday.

She couldn't help her finger tips from brushing along the scar "what happened?"

"That would be from my father..."

Her eyes looked up to his " that's absolutely horrible.. I'll never understand how a parent can harm their own child.. its insane really."

"AND the Ministry could've stopped it any time." I put my shirt back down. "But they didn't because he worked for them..."

Anger was rising in her "that's absolutely ridiculous!" but she softened a little "I'm so sorry you had to go through that though..no one deserves that."
