IC Tide mounted his broom eyeing the Slytherin team.

Madame Hooch blew her whistle and the Gryffindor team formed a line in front of her, hovering a few feet off the ground. "Alright. I want a clean game, no unnecessary force. I don't want anyone going to the Hospital Wing this game." She eyed the Slytherin team extra hard.

Sapphire spotted Jinx sitting next to a a white haired girl she didn't know, she made her way through the clamouring Slytherin's and over to them "hey Jinx.. seems like most of school turned out today."

Jinx smiled at Donia "at least you have good taste.." she turned as Sapphire approached "Hey Saph.. it is a good turn out.. this is Donia by the way.. Donia this is Sapphire.. she's pretty cool.. definitely one of the awesome snakes."

Amaya: -shoots look at Joachim- bitch please, i have 2 others to deal with, do what you want. I just want to win.

'Hey, cut the sass with us Madame Hooch, some people might think you're employing favouritism.' Amaya almost scowled, but kept her face plain as she stared at Dimitrov and the other Gryffindor chasers.

Donia extended her gloved hand, smiling again and peeling her eyes away from the game. 'It's a relief that some people have sense in this house, i was beginning to think that the snakes were crazy..'

Sapphire took her hand shaking it briefly before letting go, both she and Jinx giggled though "you'd think that, but our house is sane.. for the most part. Just a little on the demented side at times.." Saph grinned looking down toward the field "Snakes and Lion's.. always the best game." she tried hard not to keep her eyes glued to Chimmy.

Jinx was practically bouncing in her seat "man this is going to be great."

'Yeah, the Slyths aren't exactly buddying up with the Lions anytime soon.' Donia smiled, folding her hands on her lap. She'd noticed Sapphire's eye movement, but didn't bring it up. Her own gaze was focused on Tide.

Yes! Sight and colour finally flooded into Mer's vision, and she cheered, causing the people around her to stare.
'Sorry..'
Her eyes immediately found Tide as well, beaming.

Madame Hooch kept her cool and grabbed the quaffle with one hand. She placed the whistle back in her mouth and blew it once. "Up in the air."

The Gryffindor team shot up in the air all together and formed a half circle. Tide kept his eye on the quaffle. It was game time.

"Three, two.." She blew the whistle and released the quaffle into the air at the same time. The snitch and bludgers were soon after.

The game had begun.

As the match began Jinx began to cheer with the rest of the school excitement bubbling up in her. She turned about to ask Sapphire who she was rooting for, but noticed the odd look in smaller girls eyes as they followed Joey closely "what's up with you two?" Sapphire didn't even turn her head to look at Jinx "we broke up.." it was all she said as she finally looked at the red haired girl sadly. "He has been acting a little odd.. I think it's this guy he's working with now.. Topher and I tried to talk to him, but well Joey is Joey..try not to let it get you too down.. If he proposed once he'll realize he misses you."

The hell is Saph doing in the crowds? Hell, Jinx sure, but why Saph?

She's got taekwando she's not going to be back till 9 her time. (4 eastern time). I think we can go on without her, just not end the game till she returns. She wants to be here for the end.

As soon as the quaffle was level with the players Tide lunged for it. The players met in the middle and grappled for posession of the quaffle.

A chaser on the Gryffindor team grabbed it and took off toward the goal.

The girl was already in the scoring end, charging towards the chaser and preparing to batter him. Amaya was a hell of a lot sturdier than she looked.

Seeing the chaser coming, I fly over toward a bludger and knock it his way, hoping to knock him off.
