Jim: "Please, dear. You won't kill me. That's a ridiculous idea." He laughs. "Jim Moriarty."

Crouch: I grin crazily, "I'm Crouch Junior the IV, and now that we're acquinted... CRUCIO!!"

Eugene: I fire more spells toward Sydnay.

Jim: He sidesteps it, his eyebrows raised. He lifts one hand and wags the finger from side to side. "Ah-ah-ah, Crouchy. That's not playing nice, is it? I'm not actively taking part in this, you know. I was merely coming back to see if my... friends had made a decision. If not, I won't get in your way."

Crouch: I burst into insane laughter, "It matters not to me WHY you're out here, you're out here and I'm here to kill. Nothing more to think about."

Eugene: "Well then for your sake I hope he follows you to the grave." I point my wand at her forehead.

OOC Mer, just keep fighting Eugene

Jim: "It would be wise, however, to spare me. You'd sincerely regret it if you included me in your little game." His eyes sparkle at the word 'game'. "I can sympathise with you. Games."

She remained entirely relaxed, as if she were still in the grasp of his stunning curse. A smile played upon her lips. 'I'd rather not.' In an accelerating motion, she thrust her claws towards his midsection, in the time she'd shot her last spell, she'd began her shift into her panther form.

Eugene: I stumble back a bit, holding my midsection before my eyes widen in shock at her form.

Crouch: More laughter erupts from me, "Really? Sorry but I'm not in the mood for business right now."

Phoenix: Just as I'm struggling to gather my wits, I cry out when I see Sydnay's blow.
Shock becomes anger.
I growl. I wonder if this whole dispute will be over before the moon's up. Doesn't bother me.

Jim: "I can make or break the Death Eaters, Crouchy," he sings, walking around the little group. "I have connections. Your numbers can swell - or they can drop, one by one." He shrugs. "It's your choice."

Sydnay was about to launch again, fur travelling up her arms and eyes narrowing into tiny grey slits, but a voice made her hesitate.

'Sydnay.' Bryn walked out, barely leaning on one crutch to keep him upright, watching the pair with a blank expression.

It had been a small pause, but it was enough for Eugene to attack.

Crouch: I growl in frustration as I glare at him, "I'll let you live this time, but the next time you spoil my fun I won't be so lenient." I turn my attention back to phoenix. "So, it's lucky you had two Neils..."

Eugene: I send a curse at Sydnay, taking full advantage of the opportunity.

Phoenix: I bristle. "Eugene and Neil are not the same."

Jim: Despite Crouch's words, he stays. He stands a little behind Phoenix, his voice low so only she can hear. "You can accept any time, Kitten... I'll just step in for you."

"Sure they are... cut from the same cloth, but I suppose that's a little more literal in their cases." I laugh at my own joke, while continuing to eye Jim.

Phoenix: I grit my teeth. What I wouldn't give for the moon to come out now so I could rip - his - head - off.

Jim: "Are you going to stand there and take that, dear? Come now, we both know you're better than that..."

I call over to Jim, "YOU! This is our business, get lost unless you want me to be more... indiscriminate about my attacks."

Jim: Like before, his anger makes itself known. "You can't order me around," he snarls.

Phoenix: ... Maybe I should move out of the way...

"You had your chance..." I ready my wand and with a grin on my face I send a stream of fiendfyre in their general direction. However, because my powers weren't quite in sync yet, my jet doesn't have the usual power it normally does when I lose my temper.

Phoenix: I dive out of the way.

Jay: "Crouch, maybe this isn't a good idea..."

Jim: He draws his own wand and completely ignores the fiendfyre. He only moves out of its way when he needs to. "I do like to make my enemies dance... Tarantallegra!"

Briskly moving out of the way I sprint forward towards him to get a clearer shot, "It would've been smarter for you to retreat!"

Jim: He laughs. "Oh well!" he trills. "I'm so changeable!"

I laugh insanely, "Very good, then it'll be easy to change you from flesh and bone to ashes and soot!"

"Oh, you fool. You know full well that's not what I meant. Good God, where is Sherlock when you need him? No wonder he claims to be surrounded by idiots constantly."

"Hey! If I didn't know any better, I'd say you were mocking me." My temper flares. I know Phoenix almost killed me.. but this guy was getting on my nerves...

He claps and gives Crouch a condescending smile. "Oh, congratulations, dear. Have a gold star."
