The Great Hall

Daisy turned her head as she felt someone tugging at her for money.

pathetic she thought to herself, though she couldn't drop her act.
She gave a smile when she saw it was Joa, and spoke kindly, despite every fibre of her being wanting to hit him as hard as she could.

"Oh, Hello Joa~"

-Bingo! No one could act this relentlessly kind after someone tried to rob 'em.-

"Hey Cynda'... look I gotta tell ya somethin'.."

A genuinely interested look crossed over Daisy's face, and she raised a thin brow, blinking slightly, letting her smile drop slightly.

"... is there...? What's wrong, Joa..?"

"Yeah, apparently ya bitch half-sister has it out for ya!"

(( yay getting to skype family in japan. /back for a couple hours ))


Daisy, in the guise of Cynder, blinked in surprise, tilting her head to the side in confusion.

"Sister..? I... I don't... have a sister..."

"Well trust me on this one, ya'd be glad if ya never met here."

"I don't... understand, Joa.."

Daisy spoke, enjoying how easily he was playing into her hands.

"I never had a sister. Never...."

"Well then I'd better stop drinkin' firewhiskey after 2 a'clock. 'Cause the bitch I met looked exactly like ya, and Ged backed up the story..."

A blink, Daisy shook her head again and frowned.

"I'm sorry but I just can't...."

An identical voice called out from the doorways, king and joyful.

"Joa~ Who're you talking to?"

-I look at Cynda' and then Daisy and back again and mutter to myself-

"Maybe I SHOULD stop drinkin' after 2 a'clock..."

Cynder stopped dead in her tracks, holding the baby Ohmu like a child might with a puppy.
Daisy blinked, and the pair spoke in unison.

"Who is that...? And why do they look like me?"

"Oh... christ. Well... one of ya is Daisy the evil twin and one of ya is Cynda', the girl I actually like."

"Daisy...? Who's that...?"

Again, the two spoke in unison, and gazed at each other.

The real Cynder tensed. Daisy remained quite calm, almost curious- a look Cynder would never hold in a situation like this.

-Gauging reaction, the key to knowing if ya con is stickin.-

"So hey one of ya, did ya know Potion said 'yeah' to a date?"

Daisy raised a brow, curiously.
"Reall-..?"

Cynder interrupted, a dark look crossing over her face.
"But what happened to Topher, Joa...? They.. they're were going to be engaged, last I knew..."

-I smirk in victory and grab Daisy's wrist roughly.- "ah-HA!"

"Cynda'... meet ya evil bitch twin, Daisy..."

Daisy let out a disgusted growl, smirking.

"Seems I need a bit more research. How about looking right into you mind, Sister...?"

Cynder froze, eyes wide.

"I... impossible.."

"Nope, Ged told me the whole deal... this is real, sadly."

"Now we gotta make I.D.ing ya both easier..."

"Daisy, if ya could only have one of ya hands, which would it be?"

Cynder's expression went blank, surprised.

"... it... can't be..."


Daisy, on the other hand, exhaled slowly and rolled her eyes to the ceiling.
"I can't write without my right hand. I wasn't attacking her, so leave me be."

"Right it is then!"

-I pull out my wand.-

".... Wrong choice..."

Daisy grinned and opened her mouth, jaws opening surprisingly wide, skin seeming to stretch, as if it was on the brink of ripping.

A hiss and a yowl, like a demon screaming shot from her lungs, her eyes gleaming as fangs seemed to grow from her, the pawprint on her chest giving a bright flash.
Her face lengthened, resembling that of a tasmanian devil, and she bit strongly onto Joa's hand, to get him to let go.

Cynder remained shocked, eyes wide, shaking with concern and fear.

-I yell out in pain and release her.- "Sunova...!" -I look for that little rat.-

The Tasmanian Devil looked up at Joa and gave another howl of anger, scurrying past Cynder as fast as she could, covering a lot of ground.

Cynder side-stepped to avoid a bite at the ankles that could easily crush her ankle, if she tried.

The rat-like creature raced from the hall, only stopping once to howl at Cynder, a human threat.
"See you soon, Sis...."
And then it was gone.

-I kick the table.- "Dammit!"

-I tear a piece off of my ratty shirt and start wrapping up my hand.-

Cynder's eyes lingered at the door, before she moved swiftly to Joachim's side, placing the puppy-sized Ohmu baby on the table.

It clicked slightly and moved to the edge, it's golden antenna slipping out from under it's shell and prodding at Cynder as if to ask why she was no longer holding it.

"No, Joa... here... let the Ohmu feel it... And don't be afraid... or upset with it... just let it look at your wound.."
