Eagle's HQ

The HQ is hidden in London. It is equipped with muggle electronics (but they are rarely used) and only the most trusted of the person who goes by the name 'Eagle' are allowed to enter.

The young man sits cross-legged on the floor, several sheets of paper scattered around him. Some have images on them, others text. He studies each of them in turn, putting some in a pile and others on the floor in a pattern that looks random to anyone else.

-He walked in, looking at Eagle- Urm, Mr Eagle? I..I was wondering if y..you needed any help? -He wiped a hand across his forehead-

He lifts up a sheet of text, glancing over it before placing it on the pile without a second look. "Yes, actually, Riki. Very convenient timing. I need to finish reading through this." He gestures at the smaller pile of paper. "It's information on the goings-on at Hogwarts in the last few months. The Ministry sent it when an auror named Rowan Jones expressed her concerns for the school. She stayed there for a while."

Eagle lowers his gaze to a new piece of paper. This time there is a picture of a some students that Rowan took. They smile and wave at the camera, as happy as can be.

-He nodded- Th..thank you. -He quickly sat down by the smaller pile of papers- Have you f..found anything important yet, Mr. Eagle?

"There's no need to be so formal, Riki," he says, putting the picture aside. He leaves it on the floor, next to the other pieces of paper that aren't piled neatly. "But I have found several things, in fact. While the number is fairly low, there have been some deaths at Hogwarts, not to mention a few court cases, arrests..." Eagle looks at Riki, head tilted to one side slightly. "Who do you think might be the cause of the trouble?"

-He was surprised that Eagle asked him what he thought about the situation, no one ever took much notice of him.- Urm, Death Eaters? -He coughed-

He smiles slightly. "That's what I'm thinking too. But how would this be possible? Unless there are teachers who are Death Eaters, they would have to be students."

Of course. -He nodded, feeling slightly more confident- Do you have any idea who these students may be?

"Unfortunately not. We could follow up the surnames of Death Eater families, but then that those students would know to hide any trails they leave behind. If I were the father of a Death Eater, I would teach my child to be brutal yet careful."

You're right. -He looked at Eagle briefly- M..maybe I could go and investigate?

"You would do that?" There's a hint of surprise in his voice. "I thought you were the type to work back here at HQ. Guess I was wrong... If you're up to it, it would be helpful. Maybe someone should go with you so we can cover as much of the castle as possible."

-he smiled weakily- Its just, I never really get to do the exciting stuff. I w..would really like to do this to help you, Eagle. -He relaxed a little, now was his chance to show what he was made of-

"I believe you have potential. It'll be good to see you reach it." I'll have to send a more experienced agent with him, just to be sure.

Thank you very much, Eagle. -He felt happy with himself, but also nervous. What if everything went wrong? It would be all his fault-

Eagle merely shrugs and stands. He looks almost awkward when he's standing. He walks over to the large desk at the back of the room and clicks a button. "Willow, could you come up to the main room?" he says into the microphone. "I have something I need to ask you."

-He stood up and walked over to Eagle, awaiting the arrival of Willow.-

Willow: The lift doors open and a woman that's barely of age walks in. She waves at Riki and says, "What is it, Eagle?"

Eagle: "Riki wants to go to Hogwarts and see what's going on. We suspect that there could be Death Eater involvement there. Will you go with him?"

Willow: "Of course."

OOC: What sort of age is Riki?

-He nodded to Willow, smiling-


O o c: Maybe about 18 or 17? How olds Willow?

OOC: About the same as Riki.

IC:

Eagle: "Do you think you two could pretend to be students at Hogwarts? It would be easier for you to talk to the students this way."

-He nodded- Yes, sounds good. Should we talk to students who look suspicious? Or just look around for any clues of suspicion?

Eagle: "Both. But try not to make yourselves look suspicious in the process. You should use fake names - anything will do, as long as it can't be connected to you."

Willow: She nods. "That sounds fair enough."

Of course. -He couldnt believe he was being given a main part in the investigation, he would not let Eagle down.- Shall we go now?
