He put his cup up to his mouthless mask, "Oh rats I truly need to get this replaced..." He put one hand behind his head, as thouh about to take it off. But he held it there, watching Liria.

I smirk then turn my back to him and then blind fold myself just to make him more comfortable

"Oh that's right!" He wave his wand oer his mask and a small opening appeared where his mouth should be. He had been teasing Liria the whole time, knowing full well he could access his mouth from his mask.

Funny. -I say turning around and removing the blindfold-

"Well I thought so anyway..." He chuckled and then resumed his business.

"But that aside, my warning..."

"I'd move your children somewhere safer."

My face pales-

Why?

"Why is irrelevant. They need not suffer for the sins of their forefathers...."

.... What about my husband?

"Well so much for going into this lightly..." He  muttered to himself.

Alright then cards on the table my fine f- friend.

"You must understand, I'm doing this for the soul of the earth. You've seen what happens to them, you more than anyone. How ling did it take you to make Artemis have a personality, just to acknowledge his own existence?" He challenged.

"Do you want your children to grow up without a sense of self? Do you?"

I start looking at him analyzing then my eyes drop to his mouth not in the romantic way... But also analyzing-

I sigh and stand up-

"What did you mean by your last bit?" He seemed off kilter, not in control for a change.

I lean in and whisper in his ear-

His eyes widened with dread as he grabbed Liria's wrist, tugging her into the room. "I tried to play this friendlily..."
