(The second picture was painted by a friend of mine. Thank you Emma!)
Also known as "The Land of Mist" known for the strange, visible, multi-colored mist like substance that floats about it's atmosphere. Most don't venture here for the land seems to always change, They say you can never retrace your steps if your not careful. Most of the creatures and spirits here were born of the magic that permeates the air itself. The dominant race being a technologically deprived but magically powerful race known as the Tailmouths. Or the Ourisoma as their known amongst themselves. The trees are vibrant colors, and it is very hilly and full of valley's within it's center. Towering and dangerous mountains border it's edges.

Odaigra has two general areas of similar scenery. The first area, taking up the south half (The second picture) mainly consists of wide open plains, not very tall trees, and high, hilly outcroppings where forgotten and withered stone structures sit. This region is usually sunny all year, with two 3 month long pockets where intense rainfall is present and creates many small lakes and ponds. Certain rare creatures only make their presence during the rainy months. Such as Wyverns, water nymphs and water elementals. The structures scattered amongst this area are believed to be built by a race that acted as the Tailmouths ancestors; but so much of these buildings are worn that it is impossible to know very much about them. And the Tailmouths themselves are not very invested in learning or knowing their own history.  Certain monoliths built deep within these forgotten ruins however emit strange, ancient magic that the Tailmouths (and many others) seem eerily drawn too.  But perilous steps one would take to venture deep inside these places have left them, and their secrets untouched. Most of this land is rather peaceful, mainly because most of Odaigra’s inhabitants are either in hibernation, or they reside within the crystal caverns and gardens located far North.

The Northern half of Odaigra (first and third picture)  houses the only “city” in the entire realm. Ildis. But even it has the appearance of a forgotten civilization. It’s walls are withered and its streets are mostly empty. The few Tailmouths that reside there often fight over resources and territory regarding the city. The land here is mostly made out of either crystal or ice. Constant magic use here unwillingly creates or calls forth creatures or spirits from other places. The ever heavy presence of mist provides perfect grounds for casting extremely powerful spells. Though due to many Tailmouths being not very curious or illiterate, they have little knowledge of such magic. The caverns here are guarded by spirits of dead Tailmouths, and rarely allow outsiders to walk through them. The population of Tailmouths that reside in Ildis can fluxuate, and those who do go there often find remnants of knowledge others who have passed through have left behind. The crystals here act as conductors for the mist that resides in the air. Though they are very hard to harvest, if they are, they can provide power and energy that can last decades.
There is no government of any sort in Ildis.
