Godric's Hollow

A village in the West Country of England. It is a small community, which centres on a village square with only a church, a post office, a pub, and a few retail shops. The residential streets are lined with quaint cottages, and an are called Church Lane that leads up to the church.[1]
Godric's Hollow has been inhabited by a number of notable wizarding families. The Dumbledore family and Bathilda Bagshot both resided in the village, but it is perhaps most famous as where Harry Potter and his parents lived when he was a baby, and where they were murdered and Voldemort met his first downfall. Thus, the village is notable as the place where Harry Potter became known as "the Boy Who Lived". Despite this, Harry did not visit until Christmas of 1997. According to A History of Magic, the graveyard is rumoured to be haunted. At any time it is forbidden to park in Godric's Hollow between 1 May to 30 September.

Waiting outside his home in Godric's Hollow was Tremel. The thin African American man checked his pocket watch a lot as though fearing to miss something of critical importance at an appointed time. He donned a deep red cloak that stopped at his ankles. It was tight robe, not as flowing or grand as the usual resident of Godric's hollow.

I appear at the edge of the village, pausing as i walk past the old Potters house. I studdy it, watching as the magical graffiti appered- more new stuff since the end of Voldemort. I shake my head slightly and carry on walking

Tremel checked his watch once more before looking toward River, "River Crouch I presume?" His voice was very even, never a man to get distressed about anything.

'Just River, please.' i smile.

"Very well, I am Tremel as you already know.." He extended a hand to her.

I shake his hand quickly. 'Its good to meet you.'

"I have to admit this request is a rather unorthodox one. Why is it necessary?"

'Because I need to stop my brother before he destroys everything. if we dont do this...there will always be a danger. to everyone.'

"Your brother is... who? I'm afraid I'm not very 'in-the-know' about these sort of matters."

'Barty Crouch Junior. Basically Voldemorts right hand man...'

"I see, and what makes you believe he'd pose a special threat now?"

'Because he has nothing left to stop him. His mster has gone and he blames ebveryone. He will want revenge.'

"Understood, and scale of 1-10 about how large is this threat?" Tremel was a man of assessments and calculation, he had to be sure he knew all possible variables before venturing into anything.

'eleven.'

Even though he didn't seem distraught, he showed his understanding, "Very well, follow me..." He opened the door to his home and stepped inside.

I follow him in, only pausing for a second. 'I feel the need to warn you- Dumbeldore may trust you, but i dont. If you do try anything...I am just as dangerous as my brother'

"Well if such becomes necessary I must ask you to do it outside, I don't wish to disturb my children.."

"However you'll find your paranoia unfounded."

'I just wanted to make sure you understood. However, unlike my brother, i do not hurt people who dont deserve it.'

"You'll find me to be fully cooperative..."

'Thank you.'

He took her downstairs where there was a series of desk and tables, each holding starnge and arcane artifacts.

Inside the room also were two children, a boy and girl, playing happily together, "Hey dad!" cried out the daughter and she ran over to hug Tremel.

I wince, looking away from the chiildren, carfully studdying everything in the room

Tremel hugged his children happily, "Hello guys, would you mind giving the adults some privacy?" 

They both ran out laughing as they continued playing, "Wonderful kids they are..."

'I wish children never had to losose their innocence.' I whisper
