Crest had at last gotten his lead. The orphanage where Sam had developed the sadness that plagued her even today. It took every iota of his willpower to not strangle Raven, but it would violate his code.

For now he needed to get inside in save Sam. Judging from the normal activity around it, no one but Sylvester inside is aware of what is happening. Stealth wouldn't be too critical here. He opened the front door and stepped inside, finding himself oddly uncomfortable with making a noticeable entrance.

Like a snake finally cornering his prey the vapor attached itself to her, sneaking into her skin.

Crest looked around, not finding who he was searching for until at last, after searching for her relentlessly,

"Dearest..." He runs over to Sam and hugs her.

It felt weird letting something merge into her but Aria stood still, allowing the Wendigo to do what it needed too
