"Well," He smirked, "I wouldn't suggest murdering anyone on my watch. It's part of my job you know..."

"I'll keep your identity to myself.  I know how my brother would react if he knew about you, but I have a feeling there's much more to you than just the dark mark he would see you as only."

ooc yup, Donia is thinking of Crest's reaction if he ever found out about her, so she's trying to save her own back

ic 'Not a murderer.' She admitted with ease, running her hand across her wand with a slight sense of comfort. Donia was many things, but she had never cast the curse that she had heard so many times.  
'So i'm avoiding all the aurors but you, sounds easy enough. Thanks.' She offered him a shaky smile.

"No, thank you for your help. If you have any more information, you can reach me with this..." He held out a strayer pin that went directly to him. "No one else would be able to hear you or me on this."

She took the oddly shaped pin into her palms, uncertainly letting it rest on her hands for a moment. If she was caught with this..

'I will when i can, i hope you understand that there are just some things i can't divulge at the moment.' She peered around again, before shoving the incriminating object into her pocket. 'I've heard strange things about Crouch lately - only rumour though - but i guess you could look into it.'

"I understand that you won't be able to tell me everything, but anything you can is greatly appreciated."

"I'm all ears.." Rumors about Crouch certainly weren't anything to thumb one's nose at.

'He hasn't left his hideout in days, one of the servants there told me they think he's gone delirious... like, he actually feels an emotion which isn't  blind and all-consuming hatred.'

Donia's lip twitched, trying not to snort at the idea. 'Doesn't sound realistic to me.'

Yeah, that sounds like a huge stretch..."

'But too ludicrous to all be rumour.' She muttered, thinking to herself. 'I think it's more likely to be true, spreading lies will get you injured.'

"I'll check into it, but I'm keeping a healthy level of skepticism..." With Crouch, the unorthodox was to be expected.

'Like i said, i haven't seen it myself, i'm not that close to Crouch if you hadn't realised. I don't keep in touch with other Death Eaters.'

which would make it so much easier to disappear..

"How did you even get in with them?" He asked her curiously. "You don't seem like the typical Death Eater type..."

'No such thing as a typical Death Eater, believe it or not.' She gave him a small piece of advice with her words. 

'And... It's very complicated, not something I like to dwell on often. Just blame my father for it, he had his own complications, which he offloaded to me.' She finished with a frown.

Artemis placed a hand on her shoulder sympathetically, "I'm very sorry to hear. If you every wanted to talk about it, you know how to reach me..." He wouldn't pry if she didn't feel comfortable about it.

'Indeed i do.' For a moment, she let her face fill with the first signs of hope, before she threw her hoodie back over her head.

'I must get going.' She muttered, preparing to duck back into the crowds. 'I'll contact you if i require you.'

"Alright, be safe out there. This is a dangerous game you're playing..." He waved to her, concerned for her well being but confident she was smart enough to know how to outplay most of her cruel compatriots.

Sylvester had read rumors of a resurgent death eater movement. But he couldn't hold in his disdain over who was running it.

Talk of prophets, of a equal world... those were the fairytales of ignorant children, not a dark lord. He'd never waste his efforts to aide that cause. He threw the daily prophet in the trash with feeling, his life was in shambles now. Beauxbaton was lost to him as was Raven and his entire purpose in life.

He'd do anything to regain his pride...

Death stood just outside the village watching the people enter and leave the village. A cigarette hung from his lips as he observed the villagers going about their daily lives. He'd picked up the habit of smoking when he'd became so stressed he couldn't think straight. The nicotine in the cancer-sticks helped calm his mind and helped him relax.

He reached up and pulled the cigarette away from his lips and flicked the ash off the end with practiced fingers. A long sigh was released along with a lung-full of smoke, twisting and curling around in a beautiful dance that hides the smoke's deadly nature.

Ooc I have a love/hate relationship with smoking, if you couldn't tell

Sylvester turned to see Death, one of the most influential Death Eaters prior to their lord's fall. He approached him, but slowly to blend into the crowd. As soon as he was close to him, he whispered, "I'll show you mine if you show me yours..." And he lifted up his left sleeve to reveal his faded dark mark.

He looked down at the tattoo and then up at the man's face. "Why do you want to see mine?" he asked curiously.

"Because you look like a personal hero of mine, and I want to be sure it's not a case of mistaken identity."

Personal hero?

Death was 99% sure that the man may have been thinking of Crouch or, hell, maybe even his father. He had done nothing significant enough for someone to idolize him.

Regardless, he lifted his left shirt sleeve enough to show the man his own Dark Mark. "There."

"Good I wasn't wrong..." 

"I can tell by your face you think I'm thinking of someone else..."

He flicked the burned out cigarette to the ground and crunched it under his shoe. "I'm pretty sure you are thinking of someone else. I've never met you and I haven't done anything significant enough with the Death Eaters to warrant idolization."

"You've done one thing anyway..."

He gestured to the thrown out newspaper with the face of Crouch during his declaration of war against the Ministry. "You aren't him. You aren't that shameless, mindless neanderthal dragging our name through the mud..."
