He twisted his body to avoid the spell, but his movement was a tad too slow. The spell grazed his right shoulder, burning and cutting the flesh there. "Oh, ho. Now he has some motivation. This may be a good fight."

He didn't pay attention to his wound, the adrenaline coursing through his veins easily blocked any pain that there was to feel.

He didn't put up a fight as his wand flew out of his hand. Slowly turning around to face Artemis again, his expression read something along the lines of: 'I cannot believe you did that. You're going to die.' Artemis had crossed the line. Shit just got real.

He raised an eyebrow at this. "So you still have a soft spot for my wife? I appreciate the offer, but I'll pass." He found his wand, only a few feet from him. He could make a lunge at it if necessary.
