Now I'm sure every once and a while you get a nice, competent guy... but the dickholes and idiots don't make the whole endeavor amount to much!
First, you got to go through an incredibly annoying series of 'For X problem, press X'. Here's a bright idea, forgive my youthful ignorance but... wouldn't it make more sense to HAVE FUCKING SECRETARIES JUST REDIRECT YOUR CALL?! I have enough problems on my own plate without you assholes forcing me to have to remember what number I need for my problem!
And then the music... I swear they pick this music to make the caller kill themselves before customer service has to provide any useful help! There's two categories that this music can fit in: A. Calming music meant (but never succeeds at) to calm your unforgiving rage B. Corny Rock music that's always too loud and hurts your damn ears
If anything A makes me more pissed off. After you listen to whichever category they decide to rape your ears with, you think that it's over and now they'll help you out right?
WRONG! BECAUSE THE MUSIC FUCKING LOOPS!
As if that wasn't enough to make you see red, then the dipshit finally answers. You explain your problem to him, and this is his best advice usually: 'Did you turn it off and on again?'
Gee, in this tech savvy world, where everyone has constant connection to wi-fi and even toddlers know how to use an ipad... I guess turning it off and on again JUST FUCKING ESCAPED ME!!!
Of course I did asshole! Don't insult my intelligence like that! It's like school nurses where you tell them, 'Oh I think I broke my arm' and they'll give you a 'Tum'. Same stupidity, different system.
They might have a solution, if they do you were lucky.
But on the more likely chance they didn't, they'll redirect you to someone else. Thank's captain asshat, I SO wanted to have my ears sodomized again by that fantastic soundtrack you blender put together. -_-
So after another long wait, you get someone else. But this time, it was the winner of 'Who-can-use-their-ears-least-effectively' contest. You'll have to repeat yourself about 6 times before they get the first word right. The first two times are excusable, but the other four quite simply are an indictment of the education system.
Once you FINALLY get your problem across, you'd be lucky if your newly grown beard just reached your knee caps. And that doesn't apply to just men, even women would grow a beard with how long it takes them to get it!
By this point, it's a 50-50 split of what can happen. Outcome 1: They tell you how to fix your problem (which leads you to think why you weren't directed to this motherfucker years ago?!)
Outcome 2: They redirect you again and by this point you hang up and go onto the internet and 20 seconds later have the answer you need.
The interwebs is your ally.

crouch, at wor i constanly have to phone people who put really bad music on the waiting thing. once, i was listening to a Waltz.....so while no one was in the shop, my mate and i were dancing round the room. (my boss loves me, i get away with messing arond)

it's not like i'm aware that I can't actually write essays for shit or anything, that i can barely READ the damn exam paper, let alone answer it. It's not my fault i'm dyslexic either, so stop blaming me for it.
