| To those who volunteer and really this is open to anyone, I'm thinking of diving into the roots of where the Evil Eye power came from and why so few have it. I'm thinking of making a group of people who have Topher's same powers to try and bring him to join them.

Um, I don't know too much about the Evil Eye so I think a simple briefing would be helpful for some of us (or if I'm the only one) that don't know much about it. It would help us portray the characters better. | |
