"Well, let's see. Over the course of this whole time, I have changed a bit. I suppose at first I didn't completely care about it. In fact, the whole of the Strayers could have died, and I wouldn't have cared."


A deep inhale, he rolled his eyes to the ceiling.

"But I'm afraid I can't really say I do. Considering, I was just doing my job. I admit I could have saved him, but I hold no such feelings of feeling bad about not."
