The Library

Eagle pouts. "Burst the bubble, why don't you."

"Yes... it was fun while it lasted though."

"I was going to say 'Why don't you rest?' but you'd only refuse. So, instead, I'll repeat my offer from last time: why don't we both rest?"

He laughs quietly. "In the library?"

'Carry me if you're so fussed.' she mumbled almost sleepily.

OOC: -Headdesk- That's what I get for typing in the middle of the night.

IC: "I think it's a bit too late now anyway."

He kisses her cheek and settles beside Ace, holding her close. "Sleep well."

He seats himself at a table, a small pile of books in front of him. Red has one open in his hands and he reads slowly over the page, a slow smile starting to spread across his face. Such a fascinating subject... and a helpful one indeed.

While learning to become one will be long, painful and probably disastrous, the reward at the end is enough to convince Red that it's a good idea. No one will know him in his animal form, not even his own sister...

If he gets caught, he'll go to Azkaban, but he's wanted anyway. His crimes already are probably enough to give him a life sentence, so this won't make a difference.

Thing is, he thinks, which form will it be? What will I do if it goes wrong? How long will it take?

I won't concentrate on that for now. If I have doubts it'll make things worse. This is simply a way of making sure that I have an escape if I need it. If the Strayers and Eagle close in, I can make a break for it into the forest without leaving any traces. I can also use it to my advantage if I need to.

Red smirks and decides to take the book from the library.

There was one part of her plan she hadnt told Ahriman. SHe wanted too, but even now, she wouldnt trust him. The matter of the other diary , the one she had been writing in Rivers name.
It was finished now, and it sat, open on the desk in front of her, as she reread her work through, a smile on her face. She slammed the book shut, then carefully slit it between the shelves of potion books. It looked like a normal book now- no one would find it- unless they knew what they were looking for.
She now had to wait for someone to stumble on it accidently....

He entered the library and folded his arms across his chest. "Alright, what section was it?"

'Over here...' SHe walked to the potion shelf. 'This one!' She said, pulling out the small notebook. She flicked through it, narrowing her eyes. 'No...Death. You dont want to read this..'

He grabbed the book from her hands, reading the title and then flipping through it.

OOC What's in it? What doesn't he want to see?

She looked at him, worry on her face, snaching it back before he can get to the pages about him.

ooc its lethe version of Rivers Diary mark2. Its far worse than Rivers actual diary, its made to make her look even crazer.

He grabbed it back. "I would like to read what it is that my girlfriend is up to. If you don't mind." He flipped through the pages, stopping when he saw his name. What the hell?

She knew the page by heart.
Deaths name at the top- she had even drawn a little heart being torn in two beside it. There were arrows all over the page from his name, suggesting things that could be done to 'save him', to get him out of the DE. Lethe was clever, she knew how to make it look like Rivers mind.

ooc death, you have free reign over the 'ideas' lethe put in the book. lol

He flipped to the next page, similar ideas were on it as well. Ideas as to how to "rid" him of his "evil". He scowled. "I can't believe she was thinking of making me... making me... nice," he said the word with as much venom as he could muster.

She shrugs. 'Just ignore it, Death. Remember, this isnt really her....i think.'

"This is her handwritting, this is her writting style, it's hers." He sighed and lowered the book. "I can't believe she'd try to change me just like Crouch. I thought she loved me..."

She shrugged. 'Look, Death....I dont know. Just dont do anything stupid, ok?' She sighed, and walked out the room, grinning as she turned the corridor. her plan was working...

He laughed dryly, "Don't do anything stupid? Yeah, right." He sat down at an empty table and began to read through "River's" plans.
