I have Japan. That would give me Light, Mikami, Misa and Takada. Four Kiras. They'd be pretty powerful weapons, so I agree with Mer. Kiras are unfair advantages even though I'd LOVE to use them...

Now the man has seized control of North Korea, the small island had undergone radical changes.

He had in fact managed to merge the two Koreas together, gaining from North Korea's military regime and South Korea's technological advancement. Together, along with the ease of concealment and mystery to the outside, he was practically a hidden enemy.

Just watching, just waiting.

He would not get involved in any direct fights. Sure, he had the power to completely overthrow anything at his fingertips, but what would be the amusement in that? He would only fight if provoked, lending his skills to others, he had accquired many things from the newly unified country.

Lukas wasn't going to take sides, he didn't need to, people easily overlooked Korea but would accept him as a half-ally. Who would believe such a tiny place could actually do damage anyway?

Like he had so many times before, Lukas found himself bored.
