It was easy to spot wizards here. Almost a pastime, spot the magic and hide.
but I also knew ministry workers when I saw them. 
'NNooo. ' I whispered, staring at the man.  'GGo away. ' I muttered, starting to back down the street.

"River please!" He rushed after her and put a hand to her shoulder, "Please listen to me that's all I ask..."

'No.' I shake my head. 'NNo. Of cause I already know what you will say and...why do you think I left?'

"I know why you did, but you have to help us before this gets out of hand again. We just got peace back and this new order cannot succeed..."

I push away from him.  'Deal with it yourselves! I cannot do this anymore. Not even for peace. Okay? I have had enough of you, of magic. Of everything.  Please. Just...leave me alone.'

He tried to think of what he could say to try to convince her. It was clear she had been hurt by this conflict many, many times before. "River... you know exactly what he is capable of and you may be the only one who can stop him..."

'He thinks I am dead. And it is staying that way.'

"Listen River, I know he's your brother. You love him don't you?"

I laugh quietly. 'I find myself thinking that love is an overated emotion.'

'You know, your no better than him. Thats emotional blackmail and you know it. If you dont help then they will all die. it will all be your fault. I cant...' I shake my head. 'Havent I done enough?' I whisper. 'Im so tired of this...'

"It's not blackmail. It's a fact. You still have the option to leave."

I close my eyes. 'If I do this...Thats it. Forever. I dont care what happens in the future of eho needs saving, I'm done.'

"That's all I'm asking." He promised sternly, Kingsley's word was his vow. "God willing, this one encounter is all we need to stop him."

"Thank you." He bowed graciously to her. "I already have some aurors intermixed in the crowd Crouch has managed to accumulate."

'Yu wont need them. I think the shock from finding out Im not dead might shock him enough'

"Maybe so, but I was told to expect the unexpected from him... I'll keep them there until you give a signal that it's safe for them to leave."

'Wonderfu;.' I sigh. 'Where is he/'

"Shrieking Shack, ready to address his new followers..."

'Lets go'

Kingsley apparates away to the shack, ready to stop a war before it even begins.
