St Mungos Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injurys

I shake my head, and after a pause, kiss his cheek. 'No. but thank you.'

"Okay," he said trying not to sound disappointed. "You will come back here when you're done. I don't want you to get into anything until we know for sure that you're okay."

'i will.' with that, i stand, taking a second to check my baence, then diaperate.

After fighting their way out of the wartorn school, they at last arrive at Mungos where they can at last heal up. Sawyer lays down on a bed to get his injuries treated while Joachim laid down Krystal. The stress of everything was creeping onto him like an infection he held off on treating until it was too late...

"Next time you good guys are payin' me upfront when I help you guys, no more charity work..." Joachim joked to himself as he pulled out his father's pipe and a match to try and ease the tension.

'That really sounds like your calling my sister charity work, Joachim.' Tomas muttered, leaning against the wall, his face pale.

"Nah, your sister is the reason I didn't ask to be paid for this..."

'Is that meant to make me happy? joy, she is turning you someone she wants to you be, no payment, actually doing something for someone else...' 

He rolled his eyes as a nurse walked into the room. She glanced at the three boys, frowning. 'What have we got here then?'

"How was no one shot you yet?" Joachim rolled his eyes at the whiny sibling as he looked over at the nurse, "Fight at hogwarts, fix 'er up!"

'What was the curse that hit her? I cannot do anything until I know what i am working with.'

"Fiendfryre I think... It was this huge burst of fire, shaped like a bat..."

The nurse winced. 'its a wonder she is still alive.' she glances at the bed 'she must be in so much pain..' shaking her head, she hurried over to the door. 'I must go and get help. There aer few things we can do.'

"Yeah? What?" There was a desperation in his voice he hadn't intended.

'We have to take her into theatre. We need to coll her down...but even with everything we do, there is a chance she will not...be there.'

"Oh I see how this works... how much to make it all successful?"

'What do you mean, sir?'

"I'm guessin' if I don't pay enough you guys do a crappy job right?"

'We o not need money to help soneone in need! How could you even suggest such a thing!'

"Hmm.. call it an old habit. Just get it down, a'ight?"

She narrows hers eyes before nodding, walking out of the room. munites later, she arrived back with a group of doctors, who raise their wands and levitate Krystal off the bed and start walking her down the corridor. THe nurse looks at the boys
'You have to stay here.'

Sawyer sat up on hearing that, "Hey! We go wherev-"

"Fine, just get her good again.." Joachim interrupted.

The nurse nodded and walked out of the room

(basically im to tired to think of what an operation would do)

Tomas started at the clock, knowing it would make the seconds feel slower, the time never moving, but as minutes passed, he didnt know what else to do.

"Hey, need a puff?" Joachim offered to Tomas as he gestured to his pipe, "Keeps the edge off.."

He shook his head and started pacing

He shrugged and took another inhale, "She never liked me smokin' ya know? Said it was bad for me... I can't help it. Just so... gah! Fuck it. I ain't good at this."

'When we were younger.' Tomas started quietly, not looking at him. 'Krystal used to spend most evenings trying to heal burns and stop cuts from bleeding. She was the rock of my siblings...and she never let us know how much it effected her. it effected her because she couldnt help, couldnt heal our scars and couldnt stop anything. it broke her heart...'
