Bermuda Triangle Island

Deep in the center of the infamous phenomena known to muggles as the Bermuda triangle laid an island.

The island was used as a first draft for Azkaban and has long since been forgotten given Azkaban's world-frightening success, leaving the small vegetation that barely reached an inch tall to overpopulate the island with plant life. A vast and unyielding lush forest covered each inch of the island, sparing out the beaches around the sides. The sands were fine and smooth as the ocean endlessly beat against it, constantly fighting the small specks but gaining no ground until the tides changed.  

Not a sign of civilization could be found nor any supplies by which to return to more civil lands. Trapped and isolated.

I cough after we land, then look around, realizing what just happened. An anger starts to overwhelm me. "Dammit!!!!!!"

"You see what you did?!"

Crest stood up, after spitting a mouthful of salt water out. Never before had the boy been more visibly livid then he was right now.

He was trapped on an inescapable island, far from his beloved... and instead he was with a person whom he had pleasant dreams about her getting trampled by mountain trolls.

IC "How is this MY fault?! You're the one who got in the way!"

The feeling on entombment and overall despair made something inside of Crest snap, like a taught spring that had just been released.

"If YOU didn't show up, I could've gotten it, gotten rid of H and my life would've been decent again! But then YOU showed up and ruined everything, like you always do! You're just a perpetual screw up! You screw up your chance at a better life, you screw up the friendships you could've had, you screw up people's lives."

"You're just a failure at life, death and everything in between that!!"

"You're one to talk! You never show feeling for anything, you're constantly leaving your wife alone and defenseless, and you care about nothing but your job! That sounds like failure to me! And we wouldn't be trapped here if you had just let me destroy the same thing!!"

In an act of rare aggression and incivility, he picked up a handful of sand and throw it at her face while snarling furiously.

I cough, then glare at him. Being more emotional than him, I throw a punch right for his jaw.

He held his jaw and grabbed her shoulders to try and force her into the sand, "You... stupid... worthless... death eater bitch!!"

Raven grabs his shoulders, attempting to knee him in the groin. "You worthles, hypocritical Strayer!"

Crest groans in pain but the thoughts of never seeing Sam again spurred his rage to inhumane levels.

He raised a hand to slap her when a large bellow echoed off in the distance.

At hearing the bellow, I look around, wondering what it was.

"I don't recall there being word of any animal life on this island.." But this threatening noise made him all the more concerned. How could life just spontaneous generate where none existed?

"Who knows? We do live in a magical world, moron."

"I don't care what you do, get eaten by it for all I care, I'm getting out of the open." He started to trudge away from her.

"Fuck you too, dumbass!" I growl in irritation, trying to think of a way off this hell.

Crest stormed off away from her, eventually just stopping at the edge of the beach.

Perhaps he could swim off. He's a strong swimmer, he might be able to swim to the mainland. 

He had to try anyway, for Sam. He dived into the ocean water, letting the warm liquid surround him as he powered through the water with each stroke.

I strategize more than just take action in this situation. I don't think swimming would get me anywhere, for the fact that I don't know where the nearest land would be, which could be far away.  I don't want to be dead.  Magic doesn't work on this damn island, thanks to the Ministry- there was probably help from those Strayers as well.  

I yell out in anger and frustration.

Upon reaching a distance of 172 feet, a wave that couldn't have been natural formed in front of the auror and captured the swimming man, dragging him back to shore like a firm and furious parent of a disobedient child.

I start kicking the sand, trying to think.  If that wave sent Crest back here, then there is no way that building a raft would work.  I can't apparate.  I can't send for help.  I can't swim out of here.  

"You're going to pay dearly for this, Strayer!!"

We want them to stay here for a couple weeks, Wrath.    This isn't an immediate escape.
