I touch his hand lightly
"So unfortunate people would judge at merely this. Perhaps my brothers plans should not be halted."

"And those plans are?"

I blow on my nails
"Genocide of the land dwellers."

"I see.... that's fascinating." I start to consider the possibilities.

I sit up, eruptions echoing in the distance
"I have no doubt that you will not be spared."

"Not even if I assisted?"

I raise a sharp eyebrow, take aback a bit by his offer
"You assist in the annihalation of your own when you yourself are not a resident of the ocean?"

"So long as I and maybe one other person get to live, then you have my word."

I think for a moment, I would think Aquarius is always looking for allies. When I'm done I look up at him with my red eyes and grin, showing my fangs
"And who is this one other person you speak of? Because if your willing...I have someone that Aquarius want's "detained" if you can avoid killing."

"Her name is Samantha Nuel... she doesn't deserve that fate."

"But who is the person you would want captured?"

"Hmm, I wouldn't mind keeping this girl safe for you. Aquarius could care less for one measley life but if she's that precious..." I offer him a malevolent yet generous smile
"And about the person Aquarius would like out of the way. It's his very own sister, Pisces, the tiny heiress who believe's she can stop this."

"So long as she and I are spared, I'll grab her for you. No offense, but I'll probably draw less attention than you."

I nod "...Very well."
Then to awsner his other statement I raise both eyebrows
"And what exactly do you mean by that?"

"You see... I have a pretty good way with people. I can pass myself off as an ally and deliver her to him with a minimum of fuss."

Aww... Ozzy would save Sam... :3 Even though she'd be miserable without her friends and family... It's sweet in Ozzy's own way. xD

"Bring her drawing as little attention as possible and your precious Samantha shall live." I hear rumbling and sigh

I tap my fingers on my arm

"Have you the capacity to make Samantha feel towards me how she does for one Crest Strayer?"

This is possible the most intriguing request I've gotten all day
"Indeed, I don't JUST have killing poisons."

"Perfect. Ensure our survival, make her love me and I'll do whatever is required of me."

I quickly slice his wrist, drawing blood and ingesting it.
"Very well, your deal is sealed with blood. Should you violate it I get to have your life for my next meal."
I then move to my question
"Why so much fuss over one girl? What has she done to make you want her to love you unconditionally?"

"She's just.. Pure. Reminds me of all I ever wanted out of life. Acceptance, a friend... Maybe a family. I feel like this is possible with her. But so long as the ministry lapdog has her, I cannot."

"Ah, I see, she's everything you ever wanted."
I pace around him
"Tch, too baaaaaaaad some ministry hound already has her. And to think, all it would take is a prick of my tail; and the next person she set eyes on would be the one she loved."

"It's... That easy?" Granted these must be beings of immense power but I didn't think love could be so easily cast.
