Wand: Black Ash, 12" long, Phoenix feather. Has a little dragon carved into it, with the dragon's tail at the handle, and the nose at the very tip of the wand. Unyielding. Good at Curses.

Appearance: Standing at 5" 11' , Cynder is a skinny girl with a thin face and pale skin. Her eyes are brown. Her hair, which hangs to her shoulders, is reddish-brown, with bangs hanging over her left eye. She wears the typical Hogwarts girl uniform, with the added Slytherin scarf and knee-high Converse shoes.

Personality: Cynder is kind and trusting. She can, however, turn harsh, violent, and dangerous when someone insults Snape.

Bio: As a young child, Cynder was neglected by her parents who craved a son. They ignored her, forcing her to go to her muggle neighbours, who treated her kindly, and like their own daughter. At her first year in Hogwarts, she was mostly ignored by her whole class- until she joined the Death Eaters. She was thrilled to have a group of people who accepted her, and was loyal to the Dark Lord, even though she was the lowest Death Eater. After a time of constant humiliation and torture from the Dark Lord, Voldemort forced her to kill her family, and the muggles she had spent most of her life with; Voldemort then went on to explain that she was NOT cared for, and that all of them laughed at her constant attempts to impress them. Humiliated, Cynder stopped following the Dark Lord. However, the girl was desperate to keep learning magic, and went to Hogwarts still, even though during summer she lived in a small orphanage. She is madly in love with Professor Snape.
In recent times, she teamed up with Crouch Jr to learn the Dark Arts as a way of impressing the Potions Master. For a long time, she worked with him, until Wolf talked with her, telling her he was lying. Doubting her mentor, she finally turned against him, leading to a fight in the Great Hall, where she proved her power against Crouch. She then was somewhat adopted by Lemon, Fox, and Wolf, making them her best friends. Afterwords, she realized love might be all that Crouch Jr needed, and thus began being nice to her former tutor. Crouch, who had had enough, wiped her memory of all training. The charm, however, was not very well done, and she remembered bits and pieces. After a while, she put together what had happened, and revealed to Crouch she did remember. That lead up to another fight, especially when he insulted Snape, and she lunged at him in raptor form. Crouch Jr hit her with an Incendio charm, burning her face, before the fight was ended. After that, she also told Crouch that she was having tea about once a day with Snape- which is the truth.
Even later, she remembered trying to be nice to Crouch. Her old, innocent self, returned. She tried to talk to him, telling him finally that she didn't want him dead, because he had truly been one of the first people to actually accept her, adopt her in her own way, even if it had been a lie. Her face is still burned, as she refuses to see a healer. She is currently treating it with a potion Snape gave her, and the burn is gradually healing.

Skills: She is very good at Potions. Cynder is also a shape-shifter. Though she is still trying to learn to control her ability, and can't maintain a full-body transformation for too long, she is still able to deal a lot of damage in her forms. Most often turns into a Utahraptor.

Other: Her Patronus is a dragon.

EXTRA BIO: The Raptor

The raptor is a second personality. It's like a virus that taints Cynder's blood. When infuriated, it takes over.

At first, it was a mere shape shifting form Cynder took often, but during an incident with Crouch which involved her memory of training with him being sketchily erased, the raptor filled in.

It's a sick personality now. It takes over often, even while she is still human. She is hungry for raw flesh, and hunts now at night in the Forbidden Forest, killing anything and devouring it. She mainly feeds off of the Centaurs.

While human, if the raptor takes over, it causes her eyes to turn glowing yellow, her pupils small, and slits. An acid that burns anything but herself, a black, thick, sticky fluid, drains from her mouth. She gets an insane grin that in unnaturally wide. She sounds like a very young child in this state.

As a raptor, the black acid still drains from her mouth. She is fierce, and deadly. She is larger then a man, growing up to 36 feet long, and a bit less than 1,100 lbs in weight. The large half-moon claw on a toe on each of her feet, are 9.4 inches long, and razor sharp.

As a raptor, she has feathers on her head, elbows, and a bit on her tail. They are purple and scarlet. Her leathery, scaly, skin is black.

The UtahRaptor is dead. It was born of pure hatred and evil rage.

However, Cynder has a 'true form' which is born and only shown when she goes into a pure and justified rage.
It's not fully strong, and is not very powerful, but is formidable.
