Basics: Meredia Brooke-Taylor is a muggle-born witch in Gryffindor house. She is in her fifth year at Hogwarts and is leaning towards the Ministry's side.

Mer has notably pale eyes, and shoulder length brown hair. She is shorter than average height (but not overtly short) and has an ourboros tattoo on the back of her neck, which she is known to rub frequently when she is anxious.
She has an ability she calls 'dreamwalking' where she is able to manipulate energy, just like Wizards do with magic. She goes into a state labelled 'half-sight' where she is only partly conscious. This is the state where she can see energy and piece it together to make bad-ass shields.
Her full 'dreamwalker' state is where she completely steps out of her body and can wander around like a ghost, so she is not tangible anymore. This obviously leaves her body extremely vulnerable and she doesn't use it often.
Ironically Mer is partially blind when not using her ability and can only see very close range. She relies on hearing a lot.
Mer has very strong shield charms, and very weak offensive ability (she can hardly cast any attack spells). Her defence is her best feature basically.
She's an alright healer too, but not super-awesome.
Mer is also a dancer, which lets her be very agile (and paired with her defence, a MASSIVE GOD MODDER)
She can be clever, but she's known to be pretty naive at times.
Her main Gryffindor-ish traits is her chivalry, her abidance to her moral boundries and her courtesy. She would never ever dream of casting an unforgivable curse.
MER LOVES FIREWHISKEY!!!!
